It is mostly what I assumed based on previous reviews. The location is ideal for visiting the most characteristic POIs in Kutna Hora. Everything can be reached in just a few minutes by foot. Parking your car directly before or behind the hotel is possible. The hotel personnel is very friendly and everything worked out perfectly. The rooms are as oldschool as you would expect, but clean and totally sufficient. Although I could hear noise from other guests I still stlept well.

The room was incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room for the hotter nights.

There was a cupboard that clearly was made for a small fridge, but sadly, there was no fridge inside. This would have made a big difference to our stay. The breakfast was exactly the same offerings on all three days we arrived. I would have liked to have had more hot options, but I still feel it was suitable for everyone to find something they liked each morning. As a larger woman, I found getting in and out of the bath a little challenging with the bath being around a corner. However, that is personal to me, and I'm sure others would have no problem.

Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. The location is in the city center, so you can explore the city and its attractions on foot. The breakfast is self-service and caters to all tastes.

The rooms feel like they were arranged in a hurry (architectural concealment of the socialist style). However, this might also have its own charm.

Friendly hotel just off the main square which has a couple of different restaurants - we enjoyed the Italian (large decked area opposite hotel - gluten free pasta available on request). Free on street parking is available right outside (reception gives you a permit). The town is lovely: sleepy and relaxed. The Church and the views are beautiful. After dinner we explored the lanes and alleyways which we had (almost) to ourselves, just a couple of locals on dog walks and romantic evening strolls. A welcome change from the bustling crowds of Prague.

Hotel was a little tired but this is reflected in the price

Good breakfast, with plenty of options for picky eaters. Time slot for breakfast was quite sufficient. Parking was free on the street in front of hotel, but could be difficult as there aren't an abundance of spaces.

Some breakfast items were not replenished, at least not before we showed up through the 30 or so minutes we were eating.

perfect location direct in the old town, breakfast with green salats and fruits, helpful hosts, toilet separates from bath...

To find a public parking place on certain streets on old town is always a fight... :(

The staff was very pleasant, making their best to assist in any issue we have raised. The hotel location was at the old town center

On the 3rd floor the wifi signal was very weak, disconnecting very frequently..l The toilet bowl could have been better cleaned. The difference between the floor level and the bathroom basin level is rather high which is inconvenient and somewhat risky

We had a large family room with 2 double bedrooms, a TV room, bathroom and toilet. The location is in the center Kutna Hora so very close to all the restaurants, and museums. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. We will definitely come back !!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect – the location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Free parking was convenient to hotel, but a little tricky to check-in and then park. We had to leave someone with the car and then text them the parking place location and then meet them with the parking pass.
