On Booking.com I had ordered a ground floor room with a frig & microwave. Ethan at Motel 6 was very nice checking me in & resolved several issues in the room immediately. I had 2 queen beds, tile floors, modern bathroom with plenty of towels. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Coos Bay area. The price was the most reasonable of any hotels in the area. Kudos to Motel 6.

I stay in a lot of budget motels, including a lot of Motel 6s. This is a pretty hard-worn facility. I'm pretty sure being in Coos Bay, it gets a lot of traffic. But what makes this particular motel great is the quality of the staff. They were EXCEPTIONAL and I was very glad to be there at a time when I was experiencing vehicle problems. I will always be grateful to them, and will certainly book again next time I'm in the area.

As I said, this facility is obviously very busy and pretty worn. It could use some capital investment and improvements in its exterior.

Everything was great. The one room that they gave me the heater was not working just kept making loud noises so she moved me to another room. She was very nice and it happened very fast. I was happy about that and definitely gave her a good tip. The only problem that I had was, I could hearthe cars all night long, but I guess you take the good with the bad other than that everything was

It was clean and safe

It is a good stay for a night or 2. Staff was very nice and a speedy check-in. I was just worried there wouldn't be enough hot water, but that wasn't an issue at all.

Really the only downsides I can think of is there is no refrigerator. And our room is on the side close to the highway so you can hear the cars pretty well. I don't think that would be a problem on the main strip of rooms though. And we don't mind the noise.

The staff was professional, kind, and engaging. They were concerned about our comfort. Immediately took care of the little things (extra pillows and blankets and such). Very helpful. Amazing workers, please thank them for us!

More wall outlets lol we had a lot of electronics, but we were able to make it. Just a bit easier if more outlets were available, or maybe some adapters, or USB charge. Maybe sell some portable chargers? Like the disposable emergency cell phone chargers.

The channel selection was above and beyond the usual motel offerings. HBO, AS, FX, Discovery, etc. Joe, the evening guy got slammed with about five check-ins at once but was courteous, efficient and fast. Chasity helped us out when one of our family was unwell in the morning. Room was spacious and clean. Large parking lot and a good layout. Quiet at night.

Beds were a tad creaky. Hot tub was under renovation.

We want to especially commend Casey, who helped us with a problem that we had at check-in. She was understanding and compassionate and fully solved the problem! We give her five stars. Thank you, Casey!! We also appreciate the ability to check in late, as we'd had car trouble and that's what we needed to do.

Very clean and modern set up. Close to many amenities like restaurants, parks, beach and promenade. Staff was super friendly.

Bed was old, lumpy and not the most comfortable. But the bedding was clean and 4 pillows! Appreciated being close to amenities but along a super busy, high speed street. Lots of people checking in all night so it was loud through out the evening.

Once we were upstairs, things were fairly quiet. The room was clean. Staff was helpful when the original room was an issue due to allergies and noise.

The wifi did not connect to the smart TV. No fridge or microwave. Dispite non-smoking info, smoking was everywhere.

my partner and I stayed at this motel for 21 days, checked out and came back for an additional five days while we waited to get into our house. We chose this motel because it is pet friendly and they don’t charge you extra money for having animals with you. Other motels in the area cost more per night, and the pet friendly ones charge per animal per night on top of the room fee. We have an 85 pound dog and a cat and this motel made it extremely easy and affordable to keep them with us while waiting to get settled. we stayed in the extended king suite, then in a room with two queen beds Both rooms were extremely clean. enough room for us all to live comfortably for a couple of weeks. The staff was very polite and helpful, 10/10 for customer service. they provided plenty of fresh towels and were always around when we needed something there is a washer and dryer on site which is coin operated. For a motel six this establishment exceeded my expectations. The Wi-Fi was a tad spotty, but that’s it. Warm water, lots of hot water, good water pressure, good customer service, great price. Other motels in the area will charge you $10 plus more a night for way less.
