The breakfast was great and ready early, and there was always hot water/decaf/coffee available. I appreciated the addition of pool toys and life jackets, and the special note left in the room. More than anything else, I appreciated the helpfulness of staff, and their camaraderie. They worked together well, and encouraged one another. I was impressed that even the staff members that didn’t work behind the desk routinely went out of their way to check in on us. Nobody made me feel like an inconvenience when I brought my fussy baby around, which helped me feel like part of the family.

The brokenness of the lobby door didn’t make the best first impression.

It was fine

Had to change room cause first had no hair dryer ( got one , so no big deal) then the lock on the main door didn't work. Still no big deal. But then the bathtub plug didn't work so I couldn't take a bath. I was on a relaxing wkend time,so with this problem I did change my room. Then unfortunately no hot water, only warm so no bath after all. Guess they are remodeling and are having some issues. Have stayed there many times and have had no issues, so over all guess it was just a bad time to go I guess

Breakfast was good; staff was amazing; I stay at this property often and am not disappointed. I travel fairly often and Im always pleased when my stay is better than usual

This property is well managed and well staffed; other times I have stayed, staffing was an issue which slows down all of the processes. Not the case this trip

We booked the option of two king beds, which is actually a two bedroom suite. Very spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi tub a nice feature. Staff members all were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed for repairs, which was a disappointment and the breakfast was marginal.

We got a cozy king suite, very comfortable king bed with clean white linens. Pretty spacious and the layout was roomy, separating the bed from the living area. We got one of the spa tub suites and the tub was super big, enough room for 2, side by side. Room came with mini fridge and coffee pot, but wish their were teabags available in the room also. Loving area was warm and sweet with a fire place And full pull out bed.

The shower In this room was very tiny, not enough enough room to bend over to wash your toes. Our room was facing the back road but there was a nice river to view just beyond that. There was a nice continental breakfast with waffles and muffins and lots to choose from but we did have to wait a while for fresh eggs and bacon but they were very accommodating and even offered to go boxes to take to go if we didn't want to dine in.

passing through Reedsport enroute to southern coast. Best hotel in Reedsport. Picked it because of poll for kids. Staff very friendly and accommodating and called us later that afternoon about electronic device and charger child had left behind . told us about best seafood restaurant in town- Harborlight- where we ate at three times.

Easy to locate. Very nice curb appeal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. When I asked if we could have a room on the second floor with a view, they upgraded us to a king bed room on second floor with a river view. This Inn had a very nice indoor pool. They were fully booked for the night and we never heard any noise from anyone other rooms. Free breakfast in morning to start our day. We would absolutely stay there again.

The front desk gal, Laural, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond so that our stay fit our needs and was enjoyable. Loved the hot tub, although it was only open till ten. Changing rooms made it convenient, though.

It was a motel and even the first floor had some steps to haul our bags up. Parking lot needed some help.

EVERYTHING!!! The super super friendly, knowledgeable staff!! The totally awesome, delicious breakfasts! The rooms are pretty and clean! The housekeeper left us a welcome note! Sweet touch! Everyone is soooo nice!!!

The view was really nice. Lots of room was not too small

The front door needed new insulation stripping it didn’t seal. And the toilet was small and low to the ground. The refrigerator turned on quite often and was loud.
