Nice room! Spacious with a great view of the bay. Comfortable bed, large TV, fridge and microwave, hot shower.

We indicated we were arriving between 10-11PM on our booking, and the property approved this time well in advance. At 9:53PM on the day of our arrival, they sent us a message that their office closed at 10PM and there would be no one to check us in. It took several minutes of knocking on the host's door to be assisted, but we were glad they did!

Our room worked perfectly with plenty of room to accommodate my 1 yr old grandson and his pack n play. Room was clean and updated. We really liked having a separate bedroom and the view from the room was beautiful.

Both beds were TERRIBLE! The pillows would sink in the top crack as the mattress didn't push against the wall/headboard. Both beds were incredibly UNCOMFORTABLE, lumpy, and sagging. Unfortunately we all tossed and turned all night long. Time to REPLACE the mattress in room 10.

The property was great. Rooms were comfy and nicely decorated. Nice view of the bay. The staff were pleasant.

Out of all the places we stayed on our 10 day vaca along the coast this was the only one that charged us a deposit which was twice our room rental. We did get it back At the end of our stay but management/ owners need to rethink this policy.

The room was sufficient. Bed had new mattress which was very comfortable. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and willing to accommodate our every need. It was obvious that someone was working to improve the conditions...fresh paint, so walls were clean and nice. No odors. Everything worked...lights, water, tv, microwave.

The noise. Road noise was very loud, as were people coming and going. We didn't realize it was prom night in town, so that may have been an influence. The chair in our room was not comfortable to lean back on. Pillows could have been a little more lush, as it was difficult to get comfortable (raise shoulders and head) to watch tv. The carpet is old, but I understand that it is to be replaced soon.

The staff were seriously helpful; especially, when the other motels can not/ WILL NOT even try (i.e. parking, check-in/ check-out times, special requests, etc... 'Bay Bridge cares !!').

Nothing ! Everything works; rooms have been updated: nice t.v.'s; and, the staff are always around, and helping ! "Yep," nothing !!

nothing fancy, but much better than many Motel 6's I stayed at during the trip I did one night at Motel 6 just minutes from this motel faucet didn't work and of course the usual no parking close to my room all rooms have a parking so right in front of your door, towel big and soft. its an older motel but for the price and location it wasn't bad

I love this hotel and will be pre-booking all my family and friends here. It's nice and clean but don't smell like heavy cleaning solutions. Love all the cute ocean themed artwork I stayed in two rooms room 1 & room 6 only had a tiny view of the ocean but it was still nice and the breeze was awesome. The ladies that work here are so nice and super friendly. I highly recommend staying here and the organic coffee shop next door is next level delicious.

The staff was helpful with my requests and helped me to get into the room. The location is excellent, near North Bend / Coos Bay and the Oregon sand dunes recreation site.

When you book you will want to get one of the larger rooms even at a higher rate. The small rooms don't have as good a view.

I liked the clerk’s comment, on check in (a very rainy night): Here, we don’t tan, we rust.

The room, though clean and well tended to, hinted at cleaning agent smells, like from repeated use. Might want to change up for awhile so these odors, though not offensive (but noticeable), go away.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks for the decaf coffee!

At 3:00 AM the guest next door began watching television at very loud levels and did not not turn it off for more than 4 hours. I knocked on the wall in an attempt to remind him that there were other guests and the volume was turned up too high. Unfortunately, the knock was ignored. Fortunately, my wife and I had effective ear plugs.
