Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations and exactly as pictured. Owner was very helpful. Very modern electronics. When I asked how to adjust temperature he could do it from his computer in the office. It was comfortable and reasonably quiet although fairly full.

We were quite put off by all the signage in the room listing prices for all the linens you might steal or damage, cost of repairing wholes in wall or glass windows. Ear plugs in room and sign to call office if too much noise in next room. What kind of people stay here? Do we really want to be in this kind of an establishment. Otherwise would recommend it highly.

They charge extra usd25 for cooking pots etc facilities even if you book rooms with kitchen. Means you have stove top but without cooking pots if you do not pay extra usd25.

I liked everything about this place. It was phenomenal. The owner and the staff were very hospitable. Such a warm and welcoming bunch. You don't get better customer service. And here is my review on the room....I only stayed for 1 night, but I wish i would have stayed longer. Such a quaint and nostalgic place to stay. Once you step into your room, it will not disappoint. I don't know why I didn't take pics. Also, everything in the room was working and very super clean. I was trying to find spider webs, dust, and hair around the baseboards, floor, windows, and bedding...nope...at least not mine.

There's nothing I didn't like. I really really loved this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Heater works great turned them on, and it stayed warm. It was freezing when we got there. It was clean.

Staff was high really high and rude, really rude. Came in to check in smelled of pot. Had to ring the bell a few times. As the office was filling up with people. He came out and was annoyed that he had to help us. He said our room number and we heard room 15, both of us heard 15. I repeated it. He snapped at me and said it was on the paper. The paper was on the desk, so he gave it to me and said 13. Walls are thin. Since it wasn't filled up, maybe space your people out so they're not right next to each other. We heard everything anyone said . Im sure they heard us talking as well.

Its location is ideal along Oregon Highway 101, which provides easy access to both Florence and the surrounding Oregon Dunes. The room I was in was small, but big enough for just me. The bed is enormous and super comfortable. All amenties are provided and couldn't really ask for more. Shower was adequate as well, but being 6'4", the showerhead was way too low, haha. But this isn't the first hotel where I encounter this issue. Had a nice conversation with Clancy who is, when he has time, more than willing to have a chat with travellers. The check-in was easy as well as check-out. Parking in front of your room is ideal. Would stay again when I'm in the area!

Only downside to the hotel is the thin walls between each room in the motel. My second night, I unfortunately had neighbours who snored so loud, it sounded like they were loggers. But the hotel provides earplugs as well (I brought my own). And the building is from 1969, so it's quite an old property. Not dated! Old :). Small little thing that I would change are the bulbs in the nightlights next to the beds. They are só bright that when you turn them on at night to go to the bathroom, you're pretty much blinded. Other than that, all was good!

The room is very quaint and nice. Clean and with everything you need. Bed is comfortable. TV has a lot of channels to choose from. Convenient location to Siltcoos Lake and River

Stayed 4 nights and didn't have any maid service, though upon check-in they have an area for you to add tips for the maid. We ran out of coffee and went to office to request more, which the maid brought. We asked her to empty our trash can, which she did, and told us if we need anything more, just to let them know. The maid was very sweet and nice!

We loved that it's family owned and ran! Super friendly people. We plan to have another stay here, but we want to stay in one of the cabins instead of the motel portion of the property. Our motel room was cute/quaint, the bed was comfortable and our stay was quiet. It was a stormy weekend so we didn't have any neighbors on either side of our room. I liked the added touch of ear plugs they provided next to the bed, if needed. :) Overall, my boyfriend and I were very pleased with our stay. The only small issue was the shower knob

Practically everything especially the very friendly and accommodating staff and owners! This was our 1st time in Oregon after a failed attempt last year due to a snow storm. We chose Park Motel and Cabins not just for its great reviews but for the convenient location to destinations we planned to go. The owners were very friendly and kind to check & fix an outlet for the hair dryer to work plus they allowed us to use the outdoor grill complete with charcoal and lighter fluid, made our 5-nights stay feel so homey. The rooms are clean with comfy beds, clean sheets and towels and good choice of complimentary coffee. We'll definitely stay here again! 😊

Maybe include breakfast, even a light breakfast in the future.

From the moment being on the Park Motel and Cabins I knew I was home away from home….. “PURA VIDA”…. PURE LIFE!! Clancy Fort and GMan , Local Staff and Costa Rican staff where absolutely a joy and blessing to me. They are Friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate any requests or needs I had with the utmost care and Positivity attitudes. I would recommend staying there to anyone and brace yourself for that “Hometown Feel”. Thank you again for making me feel wanted and cared for while I was there……. You all knocked it out of the Park!!!! Salute to you all !!!! keep up the heartfelt work your putting in.

The location was spot on... beautiful. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows not so much. I would have like to see assigned parking like numbered parking spots to assign with the room. We had to park further down from our room.

For the price maybe consider including a small breakfast. But either way I would stay here again.
