The fact it was clean. They had a place for me to take my dog to go potty. The staff was caring and check on my mom and I seeing if we needed anything because I had my “do not disturb “ sign on the door. Along with a good view of the ocean from the room was great. Overall great stay and my mom and I will be back. Also if you are traveling with pets and booking your rooms with booking.com make sure you call ahead to let them know so you don’t book a non pet room. Also pet stay for $10 per pet/per night. However booking the wrong room will cost $40 per pet/per night.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect (you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in minutes and you can drive 5-15 minutes out to many great beaches and other areas for hikes and exploring). The staff is nice and attentive. I will continue to stay here when I am in Yachats which is at least once a year. I have stayed in two other establishments in Yachats in the past. I find this place to be the best value. It's not fancy but it has everything I need and find important. Both rooms were also VERY spacious.

The walls are a bit thin, depending on who you get as a neighbor it may be loud. Honestly, the only thing about the room that I found inconvenient was the size of the nightstand...it was comically small, particularly in light of how large the room was.

Staff was very nice, attentive friendly. Facilities were very clean, pool was cold we only used it once but would be great in the summer time to use it. Definitely want to stay again. Family loved the beds they were super comfortable. We stayed in the double queen kitchen room and it was spacious and comfortable.

Pool could be a little warmer but it was still a great pool did enjoy the time we used it.

Liked that I had the ocean view as promised. The size of the room was great. The bed was very comfortable.

The towels were a little stingy, but adequate. A quide to TV operation would be helpful. There was a clock alarm, but it did not have batteries to operate it. I used my cell as most people would probably do. There is a coffee maker with supplies for one usage, would be nice to have two (evening and morning) and also some tea options. I do not drink coffee. There needs to be a grip bar in the shower for safety.

The Dublin House Motel is a delight. Easy parking, remarkable location, the staff is friendly & helpful. Super clean room, spacious, and a comfortable bed. My room had a kitchenette that I didn’t take advantage of because Yachats has great dining options. The ocean is just blocks away and it’s an easy walk to sites, shops, and restaurants. I loved it so much I booked my next stay. Oh and they have some pet friendly options!!!

The only improvement might be bigger TV? But who goes to the coast to watch tv?

The ocean breeze and the sound of the tides were wonderful-- the best white noise for sleeping. The view of the water beyond the neighboring rooms really felt well-situated with just a short walk to the ocean. There was ample space in the room, and homey furnishings to relax on. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Nice futon couch for relaxing by the window. The town Yachats is really wonderful-- with businesses and amenities worth staying for several days to explore.

The bathroom had no working fan, but there was a confusing fan-timer that was not connected to anything. Not enough storage/hooks/shelving in the bathroom. There were some "work-in-progress" vibes with the layout of the room (example: bed side tables non-existent). We had to clean up a large puddle of coffee-water under the counter when we arrived in the room-- not sure if it just got missed by housekeeping, or if it leaked from the fridge.

Cute town to walk around, and the beach access points were a short walk from the motel. The bed was comfy, and the room clean. The check in person called before we arrived to let us know what time the nearby restaurants closed to ensure we got dinner on the way if we arrived late. And he was very friendly and helpful at check in as well. We would definitely come back!

I can't say anything negative. I can't speak for the pool, as we didn't make it down there.

I stayed about 8 years ago, as we were going to pass the motel it was an opportunity to stay again. On. Check in the owner could not have been more helpful and pleasant and gave us plenty of information. We upgraded to a room with a view which had two very comfortable beds and a view of the sea. There is a very good heated pool which we have made good use of and hope to use again tomorrow. Room and bathroom was very clean and tidy.

Simple room, but very spacious, and comes with fridge and microwave. We also love the swimming pool and that the motel provides swim goggles, pool noodles, beach balls and swim towels to borrow during pool use. I’m happy that they’ve thought of everything to make the experience pleasant! Also, even though it’s on the street, we hardly heard the street noise at all, so our nights were quiet and peaceful.

We had a room with a kitchenette, which was a huge cost saver. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Loved the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Good internet connection as well. Centrally located, so we didn't have to drive much to shop or see the sights and events in town.
