The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brent at the front desk. He was great. The location was great because all we had planned to do was go to the nearby zoo. That took just 5 mins to walk to. We also ended up visiting South Beach state park as well which was about 5mins away by car. Breakfast was good, had lots of options. Love the all day coffee available in the lobby. Really liked our room, clean and bright, had nice bathroom. All in all, I was very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed most everything. Everything including the room was very nice, clean, and what we expected. The breakfast was wonderful, a lot of options and staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked in I believe his name was Brent was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful in getting us a ground level room which my wife was very appreciative,

The furniture in our room (111) was very uncomfortable and for only one person. In our king room the only place to sit was lying down on a chase lounge type thing which was pretty hard and uncomfortable. The only other place for anyone else to sit was on the swivel chair for the desk. No couch, or anything else. Not what we expected!

The bedsheets were super soft (felt luxurious). The room was spacious. The breakfast was great - decent variety of things to eat. The hotel is super close to the aquarium which was convenient.

The shower spout oddly sprayed out in a circle fashion with nothing in the middle - maybe I just couldn't figure it out? Not the end of the world nor worth complaining.

Our family had a blast at the pool! And we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. And best of all the staff was so welcoming, considerate and so kind ! This is the best customer service we have had at a hotel! We would love to stay there again next time we're in Newport!

Everyone and everything was very exceptional. If I had to request something for improving or making it a bonus would be : maybe having a complimentary snack/ fruit out by the coffee and tea section all day.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The location is super close to the aquarium and multiple local shops. I would highly recommend for anyone going out there to stay here.

The only problem we did encounter was that our key card kept malfunctioning multiple times, but the service was great and they resolved the issue each time within a few minutes.

There were 2 young girls in the pool unattended. Do not think either of them was even 14 and they were jumping in the pool. I know no lifeguard but there should be some monitoring at least for their safety.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and staff were on point to make sure breakfast items were stocked.

The only complaint I have is that we stayed mid-week and came back on a Friday and the price was a bit higher. Other than that, nothing.

Breakfast was amazing! The staff was so nice and made us feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was overall very clean, cozy, and well-lit. We loved that there was a view but the hotel was also located in a spot that is just a bit hidden from everything else, which makes it truly feel like an oasis. There were excellent amenities and had everything we wanted or needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was a group drinking alcohol in the hot tub one evening (there is a sign that states it's against the rules), but that's not the hotel's fault necessarily.

Nearness to Downtown Newport, friendly staff, varied Breakfast, clean room.

Keys didn’t always work but staff were always there to fix the problem, they said they were having problems with their keys. Need to get that sorted out so no one is standing outside at night unable to get into the hotel.

The guy at the front desk was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! The room was nice and the breakfast was really good also. Would give it a 10/10.

The hot tub was pretty outdated as well as the swimming pool. Not appealing at all but if those things were updated, we would choose this hotel every time
