The location was fantastic and the views were perfect. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen to cook with which allowed me to save money by not eating out for every need. It was comfortable and it was private. There was no struggle for parking at the cottages have their own parking area which was really nice. I love the amenity package to use the pool and fire pit but I forgot to bring appropriate attire to use it so that was a bummer. Next time I'll be better prepared.

There was animal hair on the couch and the couch had not been properly vacuumed or cleaned as there were crumbs and stuff in every crevice. I had moved the couch away from the wall to extend it out and it had not been swept there at all due to the amount of debris. The couch itself was very uncomfortably hard. With the views being such a problem that feature of this cottage I thought that the couch would be a lot more comfortable and it was not. Very disappointed on that. The full bed needs to either be turned or flipped or potentially replaced. Well it was comfortable, there's a huge divot in the bed and that no matter how I try to position myself to sleep I kept falling back into it. I wish it had more windows that opened for the front. I love opening every window for the fresh Ocean Air

The staff was really good, especially the front office. Isabella called me to let me know I could check in early and the man at the front desk offered me a free visit to the cafe when there was a problem with the coffee maker in my room. Excellent customer service!

The coffee pot was not ready for use. There was still someone else's coffee in the machine. The room reeked of the Lysol linen spray, a particularly unpleasant smell and it took a long time for it to dissipate.

3rd floor beach views! We had a lovely stay for two nights. The view is amazing. The bed was comfy as was the pull-out sofa. The kitchen was acceptable. TVs in the living room and bedroom. The front desk staff were very nice. There are a few tweaks that would be helpful (wifi in our room didn't seem to work well; broken blinds, torn bed skirt) but honestly nothing major. The location is terrific not only in terms of the beach (private stairs to the beach below) but also because the little shops/restaurants are within a block. We would stay here again.

The wifi didn't seem to work well. The dishes in the kitchen were not cleaned well after the previous tenants.

I loved this little house! It is an older home, but it is well taken care of and even has an adorable sunroom in the back for your early morning coffee. The washer and dryer with detergent was a huge plus for us as we were on an extended vacation. I also loved that it was a little bit away from the crowds, and the beach was literally a 2 minute walk.

The location was great! The cottage was sweet. The staff that I interacted with were very helpful. There were no sheets for the futon and the office got some bedding for me.

Most of the pots and pans were in need of replacement with very worn and chipped non stick coating. The dish washer still had dirty dishes in it. There was one dish towel and no dish cloth except for a very worn sponge. There was one extra roll of toilet paper.

The view is amazing. Beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet in the area.

It took MANY HOURS for the living room heat register to cool down to a comfortable level of warmth. I'd suggest having some smaller glasses available. It would be helpful to have some hooks outside of the front door, on each side of the covered entryway, on which to hang wet raincoats.

The location was unbeatable as far as distance from the beach goes.

The parking area we were instructed to go to did not have a working gate and so while there was plenty of parking the gate wouldn't work for me. I asked the desk several times what to do and the first two I was told to try again. Just pull up really close and the gate should lift. Didn't work and I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out. The eventual resolution was "sorry just park wherever you can on the street" which was fine at first but when I left to pick something up from the store and came back there were zero parking spots anywhere close.

Fantastic view, clean windows, large clean beach, clean & updated room, comfortable bed. Great stores & shops within walking distance. Especially loved the used bookstore & Cafe Stephanie.

"Full kitchen" didn't include stove or oven. Some units may have them, so get explicit confirmation before you pack your sausage & eggs.

The location was beautiful and had wonderful views. The staff was polite and helpful.

The parking in the main building was horrible and hard to maneuver cars around, we struggled until we got to park by our cottage and we witnessed many others struggling as well. Also I don’t think it is right to make your guests who pay good money to stay there have to pay extra for amenities. To use the beach access door they wanted us to pay an extra $15 dollars a day .?!? We kindly declined and walked an extra couple blocks.

Loved the location and the view of the beach. Inside was very clean. Staff was amazing. Provided food options and additional amenities at the inn next door like their fire pits and hot tub for an extra price.

Would have liked directions on where to check in and the property condos and cottages on could use some work. Floors and stairs were seemingly about to collapse but inside the condo was nice. Town closes early so be sure to find something to eat and drink well before you think you would.
