Room was very well laid out with a comfortable bed and pillows. The deck on our 4th floor had a spectacular view of the oceanfront. Nice refrig, TV, desk, gas fireplace and good lighting.

There is only one elevator available and it was located far from our room so the front desk suggested with go up one flight of stairs from the parking lot. Not a big deal as we only had a couple of small bags for an overnight stay. BUT so folks have a lot more. Plus the hallways are open air and with the wind and colder temps it was chilly walking there. There needs to be more EV charging. There was only one spot for the entire facility.

We had a minor issue at check-in, but Eric, the General manager, went above and beyond to make things right. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — you could sit and stare for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best sleep we’ve had on our entire road trip from San Diego. There’s a fantastic restaurant just around the corner, and the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. This turned out to be the highlight stay of our journey — peaceful, beautiful, and handled with care. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

The resort is literally right on the ocean, all the staff from the front to housekeeping was sooooo kind we were really impressed by their professionalism and just being nice!! We felt very welcomed. The hotels gift shop stays open 24 hours and has everything you need at a reasonable price! They have beautiful ocean front views from the lobby. The pool and jacuzzi are warm and clean. Georgies restaurant is connected to the resort so you can make reservations or call in room service. Bye Beach is a 10 min walk and all other tourist spots are 6 mins or less driving. We won’t be staying anywhere else here on out.

Room had an old smell to it. It’s really faint but I have a sensitive nose and could smell what could have been old cigarette smoke but honestly after we settled in our perfume smells took over and it wasn’t an issue at all!

The pet welcome bag was lovely. I loved the provided pet towel and sheet to protect the bed. It was very quiet, even though it was Spring Break week and there were a lot of people staying there.

The toilet level got stuck every time I flushed and had to be wiggled or the water would continuously run (and it was very loud). The stairs and long journey to the beach were very difficult for a “beachfront” hotel. There were vines with thorns growing into the gravel area in front of our patio area and my dog kept getting stabbed by them when we went on our walks, especially at night when it was dark and he needed to go out.

We had a jacuzzi room for pets. The room layout, decor, and amenities were great. The view from the room was fantastic. The restaurant has excellent food. We will definitely come back again. The bed was comfortable and all the little notes throught the room made us feel very welcome.

It was a pet room, so animal smells are to be expected, but our room had a strong urine smell, and we had asked if there was anything that could be done to help it. They provided some Febreze, which helped a bit, but the odor persisted.

The staff. The view. The restaurant. The cleanliness. The parking. The cleaners. Everything! Thank you. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels and yours was a breath of fresh air. Thank you. Even when I checked in the lovely lady on reception said “Mr Lawrence?” I know there were only 2 more People to check in but still fabulous. She knew the answers to all our questions. I’ve forgotten her name please do say thank you from us.

I cannot think of anything not can my wife/daughter

We stayed here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The staff were exceptional, they provided a sand-filled wine bottle with seashells and a scroll that had a lovely note on where we could find our complimentary bottle of champagne and snack basket. The view was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable. This will be our anniversary spot for years to come.

We don't have a single complaint about our stay. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion.

Everything, we have had a hard 3 years and went to newport to forget troubles for a bit and the staff helped us so much, and the bed was so comfortable, and the shower amazing, the most gorgeous view, room so clean it smelled like heaven. The parking is great, a few stairs to the beach, the pool is so clean and warm.. Was greeted in the room with yummy snacks. Perfect location and very close to the Aquarium. We will be back, thank you for the wonderful weekend.

Everything. Down for our honeymoon had very nice surprise in our room waiting for us. Thank you very much.

Unruled dog down a few doors. Barked a lot. Lady was let the dog run around on longer lead. Dog would run up on guests and almost made me fall. I'm handicapped to the lady to control her dog and was mad at me. She said her dog just likes to greet people. I just lost my service pup of 16 years on Easter, so I do like dogs. It the owners sometimes just do not think.

The property is in an amazing spot the beach is wonderful and calm if you’re bringing kids. The pool and hot tub area looked great although we did not use it. It’s open early and stays open late 7-11 I believe. They have a gift shop which was awesome as we got there later than we planned we were able to by a bottle of champagne and sweatshirt as I forgot to pack them. They delivered glasses for the champagne to our room which was around 11pm. The lady at the front desk who stays over night was amazing very kind and helpful. You can have fires on the beach there was 3 spread out when we got there one a 2 that people left and tried to put out but didn’t go out so we just used theirs. Just moments from downtown and seemed like an awesome restaurant Attached although we are at Clearwater.

The balcony’s don’t go all the way up on the sides so if your neighbor was on theirs it doesn’t create a ton of division. If your sitting you wouldn’t be able to see them but if you were standing you would. The fireplace in our room was a nice plus although it’s not the best kinda like a a stove burner (lol) BUT it did add a nice ambiance and wasn’t much more opposed to a room without one so didn’t regret the upgrade. It’s a nice clean room definitely met expectations just not a super luxurious room but very nice and clean
