The pet welcome bag was lovely. I loved the provided pet towel and sheet to protect the bed. It was very quiet, even though it was Spring Break week and there were a lot of people staying there.

The toilet level got stuck every time I flushed and had to be wiggled or the water would continuously run (and it was very loud). The stairs and long journey to the beach were very difficult for a “beachfront” hotel. There were vines with thorns growing into the gravel area in front of our patio area and my dog kept getting stabbed by them when we went on our walks, especially at night when it was dark and he needed to go out.

Everything, we have had a hard 3 years and went to newport to forget troubles for a bit and the staff helped us so much, and the bed was so comfortable, and the shower amazing, the most gorgeous view, room so clean it smelled like heaven. The parking is great, a few stairs to the beach, the pool is so clean and warm.. Was greeted in the room with yummy snacks. Perfect location and very close to the Aquarium. We will be back, thank you for the wonderful weekend.

Unruled dog down a few doors. Barked a lot. Lady was let the dog run around on longer lead. Dog would run up on guests and almost made me fall. I'm handicapped to the lady to control her dog and was mad at me. She said her dog just likes to greet people. I just lost my service pup of 16 years on Easter, so I do like dogs. It the owners sometimes just do not think.

The property is in an amazing spot the beach is wonderful and calm if you’re bringing kids. The pool and hot tub area looked great although we did not use it. It’s open early and stays open late 7-11 I believe. They have a gift shop which was awesome as we got there later than we planned we were able to by a bottle of champagne and sweatshirt as I forgot to pack them. They delivered glasses for the champagne to our room which was around 11pm. The lady at the front desk who stays over night was amazing very kind and helpful. You can have fires on the beach there was 3 spread out when we got there one a 2 that people left and tried to put out but didn’t go out so we just used theirs. Just moments from downtown and seemed like an awesome restaurant Attached although we are at Clearwater.

The balcony’s don’t go all the way up on the sides so if your neighbor was on theirs it doesn’t create a ton of division. If your sitting you wouldn’t be able to see them but if you were standing you would. The fireplace in our room was a nice plus although it’s not the best kinda like a a stove burner (lol) BUT it did add a nice ambiance and wasn’t much more opposed to a room without one so didn’t regret the upgrade. It’s a nice clean room definitely met expectations just not a super luxurious room but very nice and clean

Very nice view of the ocean. Clean room. The staff called about an hour after I booked the room and asked if they can do anything special to make our stay more enjoyable. I told them it was our anniversary and to our surprise on our arrival we found a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge and a basket with snacks from the local merchants. After our arrival to our room the front desk called and asked if the room was good for us! Excellent customer service is very rare these days .

Great staff, incredible location. Every person, from the front desk to the maintenance people who fixed our fireplace were exceptional. The restaurant is great but if it is a weekend night I recommend reservations or you won’t get in until late. The movie rentals were a nice touch. The view was outstanding. The free parking was icing on the cake. Oh, and the laundry facility was very helpful.

I have nothing to complain about - even the chilly weather was fine in the comfort of our room with the lovely fireplace.

The beds are a little too hard, you can’t really sink in and get comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints!

Comfortable dog friendly room. It didn't make sense to have white bedding with light furniture in a dog friendly room. They do give you a white sheet to cover things with.

Had a horrible stay due to the people in the room above us making a lot of noise most all night. But nothing the hotel is responsible for. They had very kind, friendly service, you could tell they try to go beyond the normal customer service. The gardens around the buildings were just beautiful. The rooms are very nice.

The amenities were truly wonderful- a fabulous little array of complimentary snacks and stuff in the room- also the front desk staff gave us a bucket and shovel for our toddlers which was an unexpected treat. Breakfast was good and again the staff gave our toddlers “money” so they could buy a treat when we left. The property was overall lovely, amazing views, quiet and comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer.

Not the cheapest, but the best value for the money in all of Newport. Every room looks out to the ocean, which is fantastic in and of itself. But our room was spacious, clean, stylish and accessible. Top that all off with a great indoor pool, spa and sauna, and life is good. Oh, the restaurant was great too! Need coffee for the road? Dutch Bros. is half a block away.
