The beds were super comfortable. And the bathroom was nice. Best part was showering. This motel has everything you need for the stay.

The floor was super dirty. You walk on it with barefoot or socks on and not long after your feet are dirty. The table was a little dirty and the sheet had stains. So I was a little disappointed about the lack of cleaning.

The hotel is basic and does not have a pool and is under remodel, but most of the rooms are remodeled and it's just the exterior they are working on. Our room was spotless and everything was new. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The room had a new mini fridge, microwave and TV. Super economical as well. I will happily stay here next year during the wine fest again! The manager who checked us in (Dash?) was very nice and was able to supply us with a wine bottle opener as well.

Zero complaints.

I was lost and the very nice person answering the phones gave me detailed instructions. At the reception, she was kind, patient, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed chatting with her about special places we have traveled to or lived. The room was a surprise: very clean and nice, and modern, recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. I slept better than I had in a long time. Also, after driving from Astoria down the coast in rain and fog, I was so happy to get a last minute reservation and affordable in Newport in high summer season. This hotel was a great surprise. I was very grateful.

The entrance is hard to find from the highway, so I went around the block and went in on the side street. The front parking lot and entrance, and some of the building exteriors need some work. Just don’t let that deter you because the rooms are nicer than hotels that charge more. There is a hospital across the street from the back side where I stayed upstairs, and security people walk by which made me feel quite safe.

As with other reviews: don't be fooled by the outside. It looks a bit "dated" to put it mildly, but the room was great. Very clean and updated. The bed was less than comfy, but I am picky and always travel with an air mattress. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge. The location is super convenient. Though there was no coffee maker in the room, our favorite coffee chain was literally right across the street. I hope they update the outside so that people will give the remodeled rooms a chance. Would stay again.

Outside needs a serious update. The bed was less than comfy, but big.

Although the motel doesn’t look appealing form the outside, our room was freshly renovated and very comfortable and spacious. Clean bathroom and friendly owners who lent us their own hairdryer!

The floor of the room could have been cleaner, but wasn’t a big issue.

Rooms are super clean and modern in appearance. The staff was friendly and asked if I preferred upstairs or down and then placed me accordingly and on the backside of the motel where the road noise is less. With low rates and a name like Money Saver"

Being located directly on the highway, there is some road noise but throughout the night it wasn't disturbing. Also, there's a hospital on the backside so it is possible there would be noise from ambulances (although I didn't experience any during my stay).

I love the location and ease of walking to many places. Remodeled Post Modern decor, cold fridge, microwave and multiple recharge plug ins. On Nye Beach, the Original Yaquina Head Lighthouse-Its own story, Newport Bayfront, The Yaquina Bay Bridge, the Art Deco District and a short drive to Moolack and Beverley Beaches. Plus the newer Hospital. Lots to do without the dang Fossil Fuels, lol!

It is not a spanking new building- but attractive and functional. May have to jockey around for a Paris Hilton selfie! Lol

We had an amazing stay, everything was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to stay with you again! The room was really nice, and so was the bathroom, we will remember this weekend and your hotel for years to come, thank you so much for having us!

I don't have any complaints at all but I noticed there wasn't any shampoo or soap in the dispensers in the shower, I'm not exactly complaining cause we brought our own toiletries anyways but yeah, not a complaint just an observation lol

Good location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It was really great having a mini fridge and microwave. The outside of building can throw you off a little but the room was completely updated. Comfy bed and pillows, all around a nice stay for our anniversary weekend at the coast.

The hospital is right behind the motel, there were a couple times where a helicopter was landing and it was very loud. The tile/vinyl floors were a little dirty but maybe having some carpet or rug at the door would help keep it clean. The body wash/shampoo dispensers fell off the wall and were in the tub floor when we arrived, but not a big deal and the front desk staff were appreciative of me informing them.

This hotel is deceptive. From the outside it looks very basic almost tired. Leaves you uncertain. However the rooms have all been significantly upgraded and are very comfortable and well appointed. Overall clean but the bathroom floor was a little grubby. It had probably been swished over with a wet mop and not cleaned off.

IF you have a room at the rear of the hotel you are adjacent to the hospital and the helipad. It was a bit scary when a helicopter landed just skimming the hotel roof. This happened into the night. However if you were to have a room at the front there would likely be a lot of road traffic noise.
