Location was great, staff was friendly. Located at the quieter end of town but still conveniently located. No dog minimum so I was able to bring all 3 dogs where all the other hotels in town has a 2 dog max and weight limit. Close to agate beach

Pillows were a little flat, but mattress was comfy and well slept in. Wish they had a broom that was left in the room (which i prob could have asked for one) as the flooring was the pergo hardwood and every piece of dirt and sand was felt. Especially with having 3 dogs. Recommend having the cords on the light and fan so others don't have to use the rolling chair to turn on/off as the rooms get stuffy and hot. Maybe have window stoppers in the windows as well to make it feel a little more secure.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room here was rather spartan, however, as we were here to visit family, we were only looking for a conviently located place to shower and sleep. This motel fit the bill without breaking the budget! Located right on Hwy 101 and across from a Fred Myer for anything you may have forgotten to pack, it was surprisingly quiet. Very clean and a quite comfortable bed. Also, we were charmed by the original painting in the room! Playfully painted directly on the wall and framed over the top...being an artist myself, I appreciated this personal touch!!! Please let the artist know we thought it was a wonderful work!🙂

The location was great. Right on the side of the 101 near multiple hot spots in newport. Room offered a lot of space. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Other guest were friendly as well.

No a/c unit felt weird having the window open with the fan in front and no screen.

Bedspread was homey and esthetically pleasing. The bed was very soft. The room was quiet and spacious.

The toilet seat partially popped off because the quick release wasn't secured completely, causing my wife to slide sideways and startle her. The drawers and under the bed were a little dusty. The room could benefit from a coat rack, and the hair drier was missing from its holder.

The property was in the perfect location and walkable to nearby stores and restaurants. It was also nice and quiet so the stay was peaceful. Check-in and check out was easy.

A drawer in one of the rooms had no handles, the bottom of what I think is supposed to be a desk was broken and about to fall out. And the only trash can was the one in the bathroom.

I made a reservation thru booking.com and had a couple questions before my stay. I called ahead and was assured that the things I needed a bit of help with would be handled before my arrival. At check in, Ben told me that they had very old shower chairs in storage so they purchased a new one for my stay. That made my stay that much better!

Really clean. Great job, cleaning staff! Spotless. Appreciate that there was no disgusting 50 year old carpet like in other motels but a floating floor instead.

I don't recall air conditioning in this one... Even though I explicitly filtered by those... Seems to be a trend for more motels though. Only one motel out of like 5 had AC even though on Booking.com they say they do. I think in this one there was no closet space either, not even hangers. Just making some space for hangers would make it 10.

The facilities is updated and the location is within the city. The price is right. Car park is near your door. We were booked in the ground floor room a highly appreciated for a seniors like us. It is highly recommended and we will stay in this hotel everytime we visit Newport..

The office should have been open at least 24/7..

Super nice people, it's right next door to an amazing pizza place and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to stay when the booking website I went through was going to cancel my reservation due to me not checking in by 5 even though I had noted I wouldn't get off the boat by 6.

The staff are all very friendly and treat return guests the way they deserve to be treated, regardless of the customer's social status or financial situation. They're very accommodating to any reasonable request, and they keep the rooms clean and comfortable.

Before the new management, the service was still pretty good, since the staff that's here was, for the most part, working under previous management, but the rooms weren't in the best condition, and appliances were starting to wear out. Under current management, all of the motel's problems are actively being fixed, and the price is phenomenal considering the current improvements.
