Our stay at Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites was absolutely exceptional! Not only is it a beautiful hotel with gorgeous oceanfront views, but the staff and their attention to detail, generosity, and kindness just made our experience so much more enjoyable than I ever imagined. We stayed for a weekend for my daughter's 8th birthday. I put in a special request (which I've never done before, so I didn't expect much) asking if there might be a happy birthday sign in the room when we arrived. Okay, the staff totally knocked it out of the park!! Not only did I get a call asking about my daughter's likes and dislikes, but when we arrived there were 3 balloons, an adorable card, a small gift, a happy birthday banner stretched out on the bed, and a cupcake waiting for her. Holy smokes, did it ever make this girl's birthday special!!! It was the sweetest gesture, ever! I was just in awe at the special touch and effort the staff put into this kindness. The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. They offered a nice continental breakfast with several options in the morning, hot salmon chowder in the evenings, and fresh baked cookies, what a treat! The pool was lovely, we spent the majority of our time in the pool and spa. The patio area with the fire pit was fun, too, we can't wait to come back and bring stuff to make smores. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay on the Oregon Coast!! The room was spacious and the beds really comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and the balcony. We can't wait to come back!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We loved every aspect of our stay.

The view is amazing. The beds & pillows are SO comfy! The staff was friendly & accommodating. When we had an issue, they were on top of it. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the hardboiled eggs (they make they to perfection). Love the 24 hour coffee & tea as well.

The room wasn't very clean (there was old cereal between the bed and the side table. The hotel is very noisy too (you can hear people walking around above you & the hotel doors closing). Our air conditioner stopped working one night which made it hard to sleep. The water pressure in the shower is lack luster. I wish there was a screen on the outside door, so you could have the door open all night & listen to the waves.

From start to finish our experience was lovely! I made a personal request to have some cute towels made into dogs and they exceeded expectations and made 3!! They even left a ball for us which was greatly appreciated. Service was top tier. They make cookies and soup daily so be sure to check that out. The beds were super comfortable, not too soft with the right amount of firmness for my back. Our shower was a bit clogged and they sent someone up immediately to remedy the issue. Spectacular views of the ocean with a private balcony. Their amenities are quite nice as well with the indoor pool and outdoor hangout spot with fire pits. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back here for my next stay. Oh my gosh what a perfect great surprise. This hotel is so nice and the Salmon Chowder was exceptional and a great surprise too. The location was awesome and we had a great time there.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up going to the fast food place for a breakfast sandwich. I was hopeful because the chowder the night before was so yummy. Please step up your game on breakfast. We found on this trip of 9 days that there was only one hotel that offered a real breakfast. So disappointed with the Hotel industry still doing the Covid breakfast. They are crappy!!! As nice as this hotel is, I would expect a better breakfast experienc.

Beautiful ocean views from the room with beach access less than a block away. Easily walkable to Nye Beach shops/restaurants. We walked to Rouge Brewer’s on the Bay for dinner as well, a mile walk. Simple breakfast provided as well as cookies and chowder in the afternoons. This hotel is a great value for the money, but it is a family oriented place so if you don’t want kids around the hot tub or fire pits take that into consideration. We loved staying here.

Pool and hot tub are small and always busy which isn’t bad but after a long day hiking we would have enjoyed a more peaceful hot tub. That isn’t a fault of the hotel, just shows they are popular with families.

Our stay was very special due to the beautiful hotel and exceptionally skilled and thoughtful customer service. l let them know ahead of time that it was my mother's 88th birthday. They not only made sure she had a wonderful room with exceptional views but also left for her a birthday card with a sweet handwritten note and some delicious fudge. The thoughtful gesture brought tears to my mother's eyes. Both of our rooms were spacious and clean, and the views were incredible. We have vowed to make a stay at Elizabeth Oceanfront an annual birthday treat. Thank you, everyone, for a memorable experience.

The location is great, I love that every room is a beach view. This is our 5th time staying here, largely due to the location and the free salmon chowder at night. It's the best chowder ever, my daughter can eat 10 bowls.

I really miss the old breakfast they used to serve. The breakfast is pretty terrible to be honest and at the price of the hotel we should be offered better options, even just some fresh fruit.

Instead of a remote selection, You have to match programs through your phone apps. It was confusing and time consuming pairing up our iPhone with blue tooth. Then we found out that Netflix, which is our primary platform, does not allow casting with the lowest plan which we have. The carpet as you walk in is badly frayed. For such a nice newish facility that was a surprise and unfortunately cheapened the place. We were surprised it had not been fixed. Finally, the corner of the bed platform was pointed and stuck out very far. My wife hit it with her leg. She will probably have a bruise. They should be covered with a corner guard. It was a mixed bag. We liked the place in general but mainly due to the tv issue will not stay there again.

I was surprised that for the cost of $800 for 2 nights, the hotel public areas were so bare bones. Though they say the offer breakfast, you have to take it back to your room or sit in one of 4 lobby chairs. The food is prepackaged - jimmy Dean sausage breakfast sandwiches & muffins. Finally, our balcony had bird poop on the railing & the glass part had streaks of poo in about 8 places, including one really big one. Ewwwww.

Brand new comfortable mattresses (Although bed very high off the ground), and lovely fireplace and sea views. I also enjoyed the salmon chowder offered to guests every night, grab and go breakfast, cookies, and bottled water. The front desk staff were friendly and nice to my dog. Good, dog friendly restaurant called Pacific Kitchen a short walk north of the hotel with a great “dog dining” menu. This hotel was pricey, but delivered as it should given the price.

Long walk to the beach & loud refrigerator noise. Pool & hot tub full of sand. The beach is not easily accessible, as the hotel sits on a high cliff above the sea. If you walk a block and a half north of the hotel you can reach the beach using the public walkway. It is a bit of a climb back, and may be tough for folks with mobility issues. Be sure to visit the lighthouse to the north. You can use your National Parks Pass or pay the small fee. You can visit the lighthouse, but also see sea lions sunning of rock outcrops and check out the amazing tide pools.
