We came here for my birthday as we wanted to visit Newport and in particular the aquarium. Randy was an excellent host, bartender (Happy Hour every night!) and chef who offered a variety of options for drinks and breakfast. My husband is vegan and I am vegetarian and we were so pleased to be accommodated in such a thoughtful (and delicious) way! The room is darling, the bed was cozy and comfortable and I slept like a log, expecting it to be noisy in the morning because of the boats but it was quiet. The main room is so beautiful and the other guests were also so lovely and friendly, we ended up chatting with everyone we met over breakfast.

I would not eat at the Rogue Brewery, as we did, and it was not good food or good service, but it is walking distance from the B&B, so avoid it if you can! Nothing I didn't like about the Newport Belle, though.

What a beautiful boat! The common space is charming and well-appointed, like the living room you always wish you had. The rooms (at least my room) was just amazing and super comfortable. The gentle motions of the boat with the tide helps you get a deep sleep.

While its very conveniently located for the aquarium, the Nelle is in the middle of a marina, and there's only one eatery (a pub) in walking distance. So, as long as you're ok with UBER or driving around town for dinner, there's not a problem. I suppose you could turn this into a plus - very quiet and peaceful surroundings! Also, with breakfast and happy hour provided, you don't _really_ need to go out in the evening. Several multi-night guests got in the habit of taking a large, late lunch out in town, and then enjoying the provided light evening snack as dinner.

Absolute GEM! quality furniture, bedding and stunning decor. Brandon was the ULTIMATE host and the made to order breakfast and the happy hour reception was the cherry on top. It was nice to mingle with the other guests. It’s quite intimate and there are only 5 guest suites. We had an amazing view in room 4 of the sunset behind the bridge

Everything was wonderful. Such a beautiful setting in Yaquina Bay. Of course it was nice to have perfect weather. But the hosts were great. Very good at communicating. The accommodations incredibly comfortable. Very relaxing and the common area nicely appointed. Fine happy hour and excellent breakfast. Hope to be back.

Location was perfect with scenic views and close to restaurants. Room was charming. Host was friendly and super attentive. Happy hour was fun and breakfast were superb.

Parking isn’t the best since it isn’t close but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying there. I recommend adding lights to the coffee nook. Too dark.

Such a welcoming and easygoing l environment to match the beautiful landscape. I’ve never stayed somewhere that appreciated my visiting as much as The Newport Belle. They do everything right!
