While the decor was dated, everything was clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for our needs. Mattresses were very comfortable! We cooked in our unit and it had the basics we needed. Also used the on site coin laundry which was great. Beach was a 1/4 mile walk. It is a hill but our toddlers walked it just fine. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The space worked great for our family! Property is quiet and removed which we loved. Our unit didn’t have a great view, but the unit our parents stayed in did. The units are spacious and roomy.

Honestly everything was great. Minor details were the blinds in our unit were very fragile and old and could stand to be replaced to function well. The kitchen had no cooking ingredient basics like oil, vinegar, etc. There were tiny spice packets. Not necessarily a huge deal, just know to bring literally every ingredient if you plan on cooking. As others have mentioned the pool is still closed. But that’s just being nit picky, genuinely we really had no complaints and loved our stay.

Location was great! Staff was exceptional. Office space was very inviting. The maintenance staff were prompt and professional and were able to restore the functioning of the sofa quickly (there was an extension cord connected to the sofa's power cord that sparked and blew out; by removing the extension cord they were able to plug the sofa directly into the outlet and it worked!)

The kitchen area next to the stove was dirty. The space between the stove and counter had food and debris droppings accumulating. There was a broken class in the kitchen cabinet. Fortunately, when my sister reached for it she did not cut her hand. The large piece of glass was left in the dishwasher; I found it when I went to run the dishwasher.

We liked staying here. Wasn't so sure at first after we read the reviews, after we made the reservation lol. We really liked the room when we got to it. We took advantage of the full kitchen. The large jacuzzi tub was also a plus. Tall ceilings and lots of natural light. We watched the sunset over the ocean. Everything worked as it should. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The mattress is of the extra extra firm variety. The coffee table needs to be thrown away-or burned lol. The pool and beach access are closed, witch did not say online. We were looking forward to the beach access. It is definitely in need of some styling and paint. Something other then all white.

The staff thought of everything when equipping the room. There were lovely spice packs in the kitchen that made cooking much easier, and everything was spotless and orderly. The trail to the beach and the beach were beautiful - we wanted to stay on property more than we wanted to explore Newport on this first trip there.

Not a thing, except maybe a hide-a-bed would have been preferable to an air mattress for the 2nd bed. That said, I would not volunteer to move a hide-a-bed to the 2nd floor units. :)

I loved how comfortable it was. It had a decent kitchen as well. The staff was very pleasant.

The pool was being remodeled. The carpets were old and stained. Some of the blinds were broken. Our partial view included heavy equipment. The jetted tub would puke out little black specks when used. Also the timer for the jetted tub stopped at halfway. The TV's provided were a bit dated as well. I definitely don't feel like the price I paid was a value. The lighting in the bedroom was awful. All around the grounds and the facilities other than the office were very aged and rundown.

Cyrus did a fabulous job of presentation of napkins/towels both in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything was super clean. Loved hearing the wind and surf as I slept. Did not like our view of seeing the equipment shed and maintenance stuff all around. That needs some sorting and organizing. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay and hope to come again! We left (stuffed) keys and a staff tip in the key drop that was full. Wondering how often they empty that.

Secluded, quiet, and quaint! The spot we were given was away from the others, which was nice considering we have a 2 year old. This wasn't a room, this was a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a master suite, a living room with gas fireplace, beach access, and a comfortable bed! Jaccuzzi tub was an amazing bonus.

Has seen better days, reminded me of a grandmother's beach condo from the 80's, but that was also part of what I liked about it. Some of the floor boards were creaky if you want me to get nitpicky! Amazing little spot... we will be returning!

My family have stayed here 3 times throughout the summer. We all love this place. There is some bad reviews, but for us it's wonderful. We love it and are already planning witch weekends for next year. Witch we will actually stay again this year during the off season cause we like the Stormy weather. Our rooms are always clean. Staff is very nice and friendly.

For us nothing to complain about.

I don't have a pet, so I don't know about the rules about pets. Beautiful room, well-kept. They are going through some reconstruction so access to the beach was a little difficult otherwise it is a beautiful location. A little spendy but value for the money. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The entrance off the highway is difficult to spot, especially in the dark. Maybe some lights showing the name of the facility would help. The office has limited times that it is open but they have instructions for checking in after hours. This is not like a hotel, it is a vacation rental.

The facility was wonderful. Great location and the accommodations were much larger than expected and very much appreciated. The front staff were very nice and helpful.

The windows were not very clean so distracted some from the view of the ocean. I imagine it is hard to keep them updated with the weather but these were pretty dirty. Everything else was clean and well taken care of.
