Wonderful stay with the family. The unit was absolutely perfect and we’re already planning our next visit. Well taken care of property and access to the private dock for crabbing, fishing etc. wonderful to have access to the crab pots for cooking as well.

The only thing that was tough for the fam was the swimming pool and hot tub. An update to this specific facility is needed. The hot tub was small for the amount of people occupying and we couldn’t get a chance to soak. Also, there was a rowdy crowd in the hot tub and they wouldn’t get out. We were there in a massive rain storm and the roof was dripping into the pool as we were swimming and it did drop brown water into the pool from roof runoff. The bathrooms and sauna are very well taken care of. There’s signs that say no alcohol beverages allowed. but it’s not enforced. Empty alcoholic containers left in the swimming facilities. Overall, it’s very nice to have this for the stay.

The view was nice

It took forever to get checked in. We were told it would be about an hour. They took my number and said I would get a call when the room is ready. We ate dinner in their restaurant, got a call at 4:08 p.m., and said the room is ready. We finished up and went to check in 30 minutes later, and the front desk said my room isn't ready and has no idea why I got a call, it was after 6 pm before we got in our room. Advertised having 2 hot tubs, one was not available due to something wrong with it, we never did use the pool or hot tub, too crowded. The bed could be more comfortable. They look older and could be updated for the price we paid per night. Very clean facility, though! Our view was probably the best part.

The view in every single room is breathtaking...truly! Watching the sunset from bed is something that I enjoy every time I visit The Embarcadero. Love love LOVE the "adult-only" times in the pool for a more quiet swimming experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Myril, the restaurant is romantic and had tons of delicious options for dinner.

The bed in our room was squeaky. And I mean SQUEAKY. Any time someone got out of bed it was loud and just overly audible for the amount of money we pay to sleep there. Definitely need maintenance more regularly!

Loved the room and crabbing docks

Didn't like the old guy sitting in front of our bedroom all day reminds me of a stocker I found out that he worked for a vacation rental company ,and he sits in his truck all day , it appears he doesn't have an office to work at so he has to sit in his truck and drive around and sit in front of people's bedroom windows all day. That part made me feel very uncomfortable. It reminded me of a stalker I once had. Other than that the place is great. Maybe that guy should get an office

The view. The silence around me for sleeping. The outlets and charging options for my devices. The helpful staff, except the inflexibility of my last contact ( who was also my first contact, Brian). I liked my late check-out, and the handymen who came to help me , night and day. Felt safer to have them carry my few bags, not have me balancing bags on that steep flight down. I liked the Crab set-up because it makes my daughter and other parent HAPPY! We have stayed many times, when your pools and hot tubs were turned on. Thank you for listening. I suggested to Brian , to please send me a Gift Certificate for a free first floor room, maybe for my 65th Birthday, 7/7, or during a low season like Fall or Winter! A few inconsistencies; Steep flight of stairs, when I spoke explicitly with Brian about my level of disability 3 weeks earlier. I was offered $50.00 off because of the room location and TV not functioning. Then it was NOT TAKEN off my bill at checkout. On the 8th, in person, at checkin— I was offered a AAA discount. Quoted a total price of $135.00 at that time. My final bill was $178.00, on 5/09. Brian told me “that desk check-in guy” was New and did not know the process. He was pretty rude and inflexible at check-out. And I had no plate, knife or toaster to fix a simple bagel- Inadequate kitchenette.

The view from the room was beautiful and the room was very clean. The kids loved the pool!

We showed up 10 mins before check in time and the room was not ready. Which is understandable. However our room was not ready until 4:45-5:00 O’clock. We had traveled almost 2 hrs with little kids and it was quite the inconvenience to have to wait another 45 plus minutes to get into our room. The gentlemen at the front desk just shrugged it off like it wasn’t his problem that the room wasn’t ready. He was polite, but he never apologized or offered any type of gratitude for the inconvenience.

Amazing view!! Our room was right on the bay, supet comfortable, beautifully designed, with games and coloring books, just absolutely lovely. we were able to bring our dog and have room for our littles and ourselves. Full kitchen, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The in room washer and dryer was incredible! Just absolutely lovely!! Can't wait to stay again!

If I have to pick something, the pool was closed during our stay and the dishes in the room were much too small. Think mini bowls of cereal and tiny cups of coffee 😂

The view was amazing and the room was super nice and clean.

The pool and hot tub were being renovated. I booked for a date when they would be finished but the date was pushed out so we didn't get to enjoy them or get a discount. Also there are 3 flights of stairs to pull your luggage up, which would have been good to know or had assistance with when checking in/out.

I hadn’t been to Embarcadero before it was nice, but the fan was too noisy I didn’t sleep well. I did not expect so many stars for me being an older woman with knee replacements but I didn’t want to bother the staff to change my room. I had a bit of a struggle getting all my things up and down the stairs. I thought the bed and pillows weren’t as comfortable as it looked. The shower was a bit slippery, and for me there wasn’t anything to hold onto except for the sliding door on the shower. Overall I would go back again, but I will ask for a ground floor. The restaurant Myrel’s was very enjoyable and the server Kourtney is awesome! I had the market salad and the scallops was very tasty along with my red wine from Oregon planet our planet Oregon! So many stairs and the pillow and be and the slippery shower.

The room was very clean and had beautiful decor. The view of the marina and bridge were stunning. Check in and check out were quick and staff was nice. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it is fully stocked with what you need to cook yourself. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, serving utensils, full size fridge, coffee maker (byo coffee as what is provided is very weak), toaster, and even a dishwasher! The bathroom countertop had plenty of space to spread out.

Price point too high. I needed two queen beds but didn't see that option so had to do a suite which was significantly more. That wasn't what we really needed but my only choice for two queen beds. It was just one night as that gave me a queen bed and hide-a-bed. I slept on the hide-a-bed and while there was a little extra padding, it was terribly uncomfortable. The property itself is large and on a hill so if mobility is a challenge, make sure to ask for an easy access room. I didn't realize the layout and the stairs to the unit were steep for my elderly mom.
