I was happily surprised by the upgrades, cleanliness and how inexpensive it it was. The staff was polite & Samantha (I believe) greated us immediately upon arrival. Non smoking, pet friendly & the ease on & off the highway was a huge plus. I will be making this my hotel stay when I travel which is frequently. When you need someplace to be comfortable and lay your head while traveling, this is your place.

Just a personal note , I am an ice person so if they had ice makers multiple places that would be great.

The location and cleanliness was very good. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and we slept well. The walk to Food Lion was very convenient and we were able to pick up our food and other items. Our dog was very happy for the walk.

I wish there was a fridge since we had some cooked food. I also wished there was one more chair. The coffee was fine but I wish you had a choice of half and half.

Friendly staff, great coffee, comfortable beds. 24 hrs. security on premises. Working ice machine with a snack machine and drink machine available 24 hours.

There are no microwaves in the room, no refrigerators in the room. Also, the drink machine was out of order my whole stay.

The room is very clean, bed is clean and comfortsble. Air quality in the room is natual fresh, clean smell. No artificial air fresner smell. All amenities as described. The staff members are courteous and helpful. The parking area are well lighting, gives the safe environment. Location is good to all restaurants and gas stations, which is convienen for travelers. The price is excellent.

No on-site manager! Some of front desk attendants were very rude. Didn't have the proper dates from reservation! I ended up paying more than regular rates. No one would assist me in correctly fixing the bill !!

Pet friendly and it had parking at your room door as well as a bar fridge and microwave. Sammy was the front desk attendant at the time of check in and she was nothing short of amazing after a long drive from Florida. She made my check in process and stay feel welcoming and accommodated my needs as I was travelling with my senior mother. Thank you Sammy :)

Bathroom could have been a bit more updated and the ceiling had some pretty bad water damage

We chechked in after 10:00 pm. The woman in the office was great- friendly, courteous and efficient. Even welcomed our dog. The room was very clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. I requested a room location and was given that. Very pleased. Perfect location to the highway!

The bedding is always clean and hair free. Everything was clean except the light above the door had something brown splattered on it like a pop exploded or something.

The splattered liquid on the light was gross and the spot around the drain in the tub was stained and looked like someone scrubbed it with steel wool and scratched the acrylic in the tub. The area the hotel was in is a bit run down due to things closing but it's a great price and hard to find a clean place that's bot astronomically priced. It's great for a stopover traveling.

I didn't like getting spat at by 2 woman at 3:45 a.m. while I was packing my car to get back on the road. I informed the desk man and he just said " wow" I was livid. I stay there all of the time traveling to and from Florida. That may have to change if I dont feel safe.

Room was clean. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and made it easy. Thankful that I was on the first floor.

Air conditioner was noisy. The bed was very firm but was ok. Sink leaked but didn't make noise. Room was pretty small, but adequate.
