So I pulled up and was a bit concerned because I normally don't like hotels with entrances from the outside. However, I was shocked at the comfort, CLEANLINESS and service. Just great! It is near restaurants, and easy on off from I-40 and -77. The staff was fantastic. Just a great job all around and I would highly recommend this hotel for the short stays. I say short stays because as I said, I prefer hotels where the entrances are not going directly to the outside but it is not in any way shape or form a critisim to this hotel.

I liked the location, as I had an appointment within a block of the Clarion Pointe the next day. It was very convenient.

The only problem I saw was the door to the room did not have any weather stripping or parts of it was missing. It was cold outside and we were running the heat. Cold air was pouring in around the door and the heat was coming on more than it should. We had no problem staying warm, but the cold air coming in around the door was adding the the electric bill for Clarion Pointe.

Breakfast good - we were down before 6:30 and we were able to access coffee and breakfast as soon as it was ready. Paris was very helpful. The room was very clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. Very nice job refinishing it.

I had a $100USD gift card I wanted to use to pay for the stay. Normally when I confirm a room and give my credit card, the charge does not go through immediately. Instead I pay when I check out. But, I was informed that it had already gone through on my card and it could not be reversed. This is a flaw when booking on line and NOT SPEAKING WITH A HUMAN in the process.

The rooms were ample size, the bed was comfortable, the floors and bathroom were clean, there was good water pressure, and the location was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

While the breakfast was good, there could be a bit more variety, especially for those who are there for several days.

Clean, comfortable bed and right off the freeway. Get for a one night stay. Mitch, checked us in at 2 am and was very helpful. He put us in a room he thought would be extra quiet ( per our request…. We were road weary and wanted to sleep in)

Breakfast was just ok. But good enough to get us started and back on the road the next day.

The pillows were amazing I would love to be able to purchase one !!! Very good stay friendly staff close to alot of the eating places quiet and beds were comfortable great nights sleep and was clean and for the price was excellent.

Parking was on inside up stairs but no parking close to steps it was raining so we had to park our van to the side of building but in all else it was great so no biggie.

Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. There was something for all tastes.For me, as I just needed a place overnight, I was more than satisfied with everything.

Older hotel but upgraded nicely, it was clean and was an excellent value for our money! We travel often between Florida & Pennsylvania so finding a decent & clean hotel for an overnight stay at a reasonable price is very important; I was leery of quality based on the price but the reviews I read were positive so we took a shot and the Clarion was a great value and exceeded our expectations. AND the location was perfect, easy on/off highway! We will go back!

Nothing really

Breakfast was adequate but little variety. The room was very clean and I appreciated that floor coverings were hard surfaced(tile/laminate)as opposed to carpeting. Also the bed frame was metal box spring and not fabric which I feel was a plus. Pillows were plentiful but were lumpy.

Everything was amazing, and very very clean.

I realized in the middle of the night my toilet wouldn't flush. I let the front desk know at checkout. If I hadn't been so tired from moving for a solid week I would have addressed it then.
