The breakfast was very poor. Too few options. Not sure if the fake omelette was even made with real eggs. The sausage (I think that’s what it was supposed to be), was more like a lunch option, definitely not appetizing for breakfast. Pastry options were mediocre. Really disappointing. Wound up eating elsewhere. The staff was awesome. Everyone smiled, and was upbeat and very responsive.

We arrived after dark, and the building looked good and well lit. We were greeted with the best customer service that we've seen on our entire trip as soon as we walked through the door. They had hot drinks and cookies ready. The room smelled and was clean. To be fair, we only stayed one night, but wished we stayed here every night of our trip.

Loved the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The hospitality was top notch. The room was spacious and updated. Bed was comfortable and was in a nice quiet part of town. They messaged us to ensure we were having a good stay.

The lobby didn’t smell inviting. It smelled like someone had just put out a cigarette.

Just personal preferences such as low carb diet and we don’t eat pork. It would have been nice to have a chicken or Turkey sausage option for breakfast. That seems very picky to me though…it won’t hinder me from staying at another Hampton!

The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was perfect to start our day out right - a little something for everyone. Especially loved the waffles!

The bed was not the most comfortable. I felt like I was going to slide off in the middle of the night on the queen.

Everything was great Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean. Staff was Exceptional. Dogs!!! I do not like that. They were barking & not on a lease in the elevator. Have a separate elevator & floor for dog lovers!

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time in the morning for breakfast.

I know we had a pet in the room, who would not have been particularly friendly has we requested housekeeping, and basically, we just needed a lot of towels and trash removal. It would have been nice to schedule a time after 10:00AM that we could hsve arranged for regular housekeeping.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the whole hotel seemed very up to date. The breakfast was outstanding and they treated our kids to little gift bags when we left which was very generous and unexpected.

Weird parking voucher. Used booking.com and the original charge was charged on my credit card then refunded and charged at the correct rate.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again. Location is great. Near the interstate, but far enough away to be quiet and lots of food and shopping nearby.
