Great location right off the interstate. Room was clean and staff was always present/available. Liked the automatic wide hotel doors for ease of luggage and glad for a elevator.

Would have liked some gluten free breakfast items such as a banana or hot cereal option. (Just bought my own) Would have liked my a/c unit cleaned as it was dirty when I looked closely.

We missed breakfast because an anticipate storm was coming, so we left early, but the staff (God bless her heart), was busy cleaning the foyer, and when she knew we would miss breakfast, she sent us along the way, with freshly brewed coffee, muffins, and yogurt and oranges. Also,upon arriving, we had freshly baked choc. Chip cookies, hot chocolate and coffee at our leisure. How special was that r????

The outside is a bit run down. Looks like it could be a little shady….but there are bright lights in the parking lot and I felt safe

When I went to check in, the man at the desk told me they don’t let people stay there if the address on their license is within 60 miles of the hotel…..booking.com didn’t advise me of that nor did the hotel in their information. I also had to pay a $50 deposit that is going to take 30 days to go back my card. If they don’t rent locally, they should advise of that

The front desk clerk was extremely attentive and remarkable! Her personality was especially outstanding, exceptionally caring, and remarkably helpful! Good price good breakfast but the coffee run out and it took a half hour to make more

There was blood on one of the towels in the bathroom . When I turned it in it was like no big deal. No apologies, just took it and put it in the laundry room. Makes me wonder if this happens often that the towels aren’t clean 🤔

Budget hotel off the highway, affordable and room was bigger than expected.

As it is off the highway, you will need to drive to get to Statesville or to get food. The breakfast was lacking some options such as fresh fruits and vegetables. The room could be updated, especially the carpet. We also found a dead cockroach near the bed when we woke up.

Breakfast was the same everyday. We were there 4 days. Suggestions: Oatmeal, grits, Sime kind of meat.

The staff did not understand English . There was no drain in the bathroom sink. We asked for a drain, never got it. I hate to waste water.

The location was easy to find. We slept through breakfast, but it looked tasty! The staff was very nice.

The room I booked online was confirmed. I got a message on my phone as I pulled into the parking lot that someone at the property booked...the website said that there were 3 of the rooms I had chosen. The front desk agent was kind enough to match the price of the room. It looked like some renovations where done in the guest rooms and some of the property, but haven't been completed. The elevator had not been inspected since 2021 and some of the roof of the elevator was missing (it was not very inviting as it was the one of the first things the guest sees. )

The bed was comfortable bathroom and room was clean. The only issue was the water running from the toilet I could hear it all morning. The paint job in the bathroom needs to be redone. The frame on the air conditioner was loose I had to put it in place. Other than it it was a 10/10

There were no blankets in the room or on the bed. It was only two sheets and a thin comforter.
