Some of the cleaning stuff was not very pleasant. Ask them for something and they didn't really want to help us. Other ones were very helpful. When I reserved the rooms I was hoping for an adjoining rooms not separate. It would have been nice to know that one of my rooms were over booked before showing up.So we could have discussed better options of putting our rooms together.

The pool was amazing. The best feature this hotel has. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very basic. They had Cearal, hard boiled eggs, some breads, packs of oatmeal and grits. There was also waffles and syrup. But overall a wonderful stay and perfect for our needs. 2 adults and 2 kids one night stay.

If they could add some fresh cooked eggs and a breakfast meat and maybe some waffle toppings they would be perfect.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Very handy location from the highway. Excellent shopping less than 5 minutes away. I strongly recommend you ask the front desk how to get to the shopping center. Our GPS had us going in circles with a time of 18 minutes. The staff directions were direct and took less than 5 minutes to get there.

Access to the room via the key card. We could not do it. Most frustrating to bother the staff. They seemed to have no trouble and never made us feel like we were bothered.

The price and convenience to restaurants and shopping areas is fantastic! The room was nice. The bed was wonderful, and had a mattress that was just right. The decor of the hotel was nice. Most of the staff greeted you with a smile. I would stay here again.

The person who checked us in did his job, but in my opinion, he was not the friendliest person in the world. The room was nice, but there was a crack in the door where light from the hallway filtered in. The door probably needs to be sealed. The hotel is stingy with the towels. If you have two people, all you get is two towels. We didn't ask for more, but we are used to having four towels whether we use them or not.

I was so happy to see that they added sausage biscuits to the breakfast menu. Yes, you have to microwave them, but it's a nice addition. Thank you!

I always ask for extra towels as a special request, and that request has always been honored. However, the man that was on duty acted as though he had a problem with that. Had it not been for the female attendant who was passing by on her way out, who acknowledged that I always get extra towels, there would have been a problem.

The beds were comfy,and the pool was really nice and relaxing

Not enough towels available, and no where to place trash other then small waste basket..Would of been nice to have a large trash bag

Convenient location, clean rooms

The power outlets were very loose. It was hard to get phones to stay plugged in.

The bed was so comfortable and the location was spot on...right off the highway in between a mecca of food establishments and fuel stations.

Breakfast was adequate, great coffee. Lovely room, comfortable bed.

Was hard to find at night. Needs a light at the entrance as we drove right past.

It was good wish it had more breakfast cakes to go with the coffee

Wish water pressure was a little more stronger in shower or a hand held.
