The location in proximity to places I needed to go. Location off the Highway was also good. Room was fairly clean except for the dead fly on n the air conditioner and the stains notes on the linen on one of the beds.

The breakfast had NO protein choices. At least some boiled eggs would have been worth it. Hotel is older and can stand some updating.

Very clean. Even passed the behind the bathroom door test which most in this price range fail. Bed linens were crisp and clean. Staff was excellent and got me two rooms to my exact specifications even at 10pm check in. TVs and Air Conditioners worked great and no rattles or strange smells. In 2024 the best example of a mid budget motel I’ve visited. Great quick access to highway and lots of food choices close by.

Easy access from the interstate.

You could tell the room was updated, which was fine. Dust build up and dirt in crevices and behind bathroom door, yuck. Very musty smell from heater. But was overall fine for our one night stay for passing thru the area

Location was excellent as was the entire staff. The beds were very comfortable. But a good value overall compared to most locations we've stayed in Mooresville.

We would have preferred brighter lights around the sink area and an exhaust fan in the bath.

It was a nice place for the money. The breakfast was very good and fresh! The staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise outside during the night was terrible. One night there was very loud fighting and the next night they were outside partying very loud and woke us up.

Location was close to museums, family activities and the venue we were going to. Clean and comfortable room at a low rate.
