Very clean. Loved the covered parking, especially in the midst of storms.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. There was ample parking for the guests. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and very clean. The "continental breakfast" served was plentiful, with lots of options.

For some reason, there wasn't always someone available at the front desk. They had a sign that said "Be back soon" with a phone number in case there was an emergency. The windows in our room were cracked and covered with a plastic film, and we couldn't see outside. The elevator was very slow. Housekeeping Staff finished working around noon, so if you were not out of your room by noon, your room was not serviced.

Basic breakfast was good with waffle maker which my young daughter liked. Good location right off the highway. Hotel and rooms were very clean and recently renovated. Had an awful experience on my way up north at another hotel so your hotel was a massive upgrade from my prior stay and pricing was the very fair .

Saw someone sitting outside when I arrived smoking in the covered parking area . This area was close to building and should be at the far end of the covered parking area in my opinion .

Location was great!!!

Breakfast options were minimal, wish they had a few more options like scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage.

Location - easy access to I-77. Close to many eating places and an Aldi grocery store

Breakfast could have protein variety like scrambled eggs or sausage links or even peanut butter for toast/bagels. I realize there are many with peanut allergy so maybe almond butter or some other version of a nut butter

breakfast was a good selection. clean, we'll stocked, good coffee. Manager was very helpful with a problem and desk girl was incredible. both friendly and professional. made stay there pleasant.

This was a good location for our purpose. clean and friendly staff. If we are going back to Lake Norman we will book there again.

Everyone was so nice had a good selection of basic breakfast stuff juice coffee etc. I was cold in my room and they were super fast to give me a new blanket as well as accommodating anything else I asked for or questions I had
