This booking was a surprise delight. It's very close to a fall work location and I never even realized until the through travel trip. The breakfast room felt well appointed and almost European. The breakfast itself was well stocked and nothing was overcooked. There's a small but nice fitness room adjacent. Great shower and the beds were the perfect combo of firm with a soft topper. It was the end of a really stressful snow storm drive and having friendly staff is so welcome. And there were two cart available at the door, a rarity elsewhere.

The morning after something happened in the elevator that left a horrible smell, like...a rancid mop or vomit? Could've been something totally different.

Breakfast offered was typical - nothing special but certainly adequate. Nice to have soft music playing. TV wasn’t blasting (but could have had closed captions for those wanting to tune-in.) CLEAN! … throughout It was also nice to have coffee/tea available upon our evening arrival. Receptionist - Dulce was so friendly and accommodating. Refrigerator in our room was larger than most and we had a cooler to unload so it was perfect! Location to a variety of restaurants. We asked for suggestions and were given a two-sided page of possibilities.

Bathroom … grout around the tub could be attended to. The toilet was low for us - being elderly. I would have hung the pictures over the beds, but that’s just my personal thought. These are very small issues.

The reservation clerk (Fran?) was most pleasant and helpful as we were confirming our reservation over the phone before we checked in. She was the same as we checked in around 7:30 pm on October 24th.

The floor in my room was not well vacuumed. The free cup of decaf coffee from downstairs near the check-in place was quite cold compared to what I had expected. It tasted like it was left over from the previous day.

Exceptionally nice room, very clean, FAST wifi which was greatly appreciated as I had to work for a bit from the hotel. Check in was easy, staff pleasant and helpful. On-site gym was just enough for me to get in my normal morning workout, also greatly appreciated. Would def stay here again if I found myself in the area.

Bed was a bit stiff for my tastes but I sleep on a memory foam mattress at home so most beds feel stiff to me. I felt as if i could feel the springs in the mattress a bit, but I did sleep well.

Very convenient to many things. Dollar Tree, Golds Gym, Wendy’s all less than 50 yards away. Almost in the same parking lot. 4-5 restaurants less than a half mile from the property.

The girl at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The elevator smelled like weed. The entire floor I was on smelled of weed. The people directly across from me was in and out of there for several hours, very loud. After I came out with a very pissed off look on my face they chilled out a bit.

The Quietness wich was essential to good sleep. Closeness to my work.

Not really anything to dislike the room was clean, except for the large burnt spot where someone placed a hot iron on the carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, toilet, shower, floor, all very clean. I have stayed at other hotels in the same area similarly priced, and they were not so clean in those areas. Also, the beds at those hotels looked like someone had slept in them the night before, meaning sheets not changed. So that being said, this hotel is well above par. Thank you for being clean.I will be staying here every week as my job requires me to be in this area once a week every week.

Clean rooms, good mattresses. Great location - I would recommend this place. The staff was very helpful and welcoming when we first arrived.

The only weird thing was the painted surfaces in the room, namely the bathroom doors, had been touched up with paint in some places. But the paint was a different color than the original coat of paint, giving those surface a splotchy look. Having different colored paint isn’t a big deal, I know, but it seems a little sloppy. Why not just go ahead and paint the whole door so it’s one whole consistent color, instead of little splotches of different colored paint?

This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area and I was kind of worried in the first place because usually the cheapest hotel doesn't have the best people but this one is actually pretty nice it's quiet there's not a lot of bad things happening here

The place is very clean and it's being updated to make it better for guests which can only be appreciated. It has a cozy and modern look. Plus, it's in a great location where you can walk to everything you need.

The laundry setup could use some improvements, but it’s not a major problem.

Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing, and so was the location. The property was in between brands and in need of some maintenance. It was ok, but the location was perfect. Lots of shopping. Lots of restaurants. i took my dog to empty lots for dogo relief, it would have been nice to have a dog relief spot at the hotel.
