Room was large, clean and stylish. Liked that the fridge and microwave were tucked away in a cupboard. Loved the design choices: chair in bedroom, bathroom shower, flat screen tv. Very comfy beds, we slept later than we planned!

I misunderstood that breakfast wasn't included otherwise we probably wouldn't have booked, though I'm glad we did. Could use a small side table by the chair, and garbage can by the coffee maker. We were on the 4th floor and the hallway needed to be vacuumed.

They didn’t clean the room often . And didn’t want to change towels. The 4 that was given is suppose to last 3 days for two people .. Same wash cloth for all body parts is crazy!!! Called downstairs front desk had a nasty attitude and when I came to the front to get some wash cloth was told their waiting on laundry. Needless to say I went and bought some. No one never came with the clean lien or wash cloth. So same trash same bed sheets same towels for two days is outta this world.

The room was very clean. The location was great. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. My stay was quiet, as I was hoping for.

Per booking, the breakfast was supposed to be included. However, when I checked in - it was not included. The prices were really high at the bar/restaurant. Did not try the food. The fridge in the room did not get cold.

I loved the interior of the hotel. It was very modern and comfortable. Almost everything was perfect for a day getaway.

The night hotel receptionist was not very pleasant to talk to when buying from the vending area. I felt rushed and not valued as a paying customer especially when the drinks are $4.50-$6 a piece. Guest should be able to ask questions without feeling like a bother.

Me and my family stay for a week on vacation the best staff ever they go out then way to accommodate you they make you feel like you're at home this will always be the place where we stay the staff there needs a raise

The attitude of the employee when we called to make reservations on the phone. She was rude, told us no rooms were available, and we had to book online, we might find one. That employee was not pleasant at all. We booked online but when we got to the hotel we asked if they had any rooms available and she said yes, which surprised us. I then told her we had booked online and showed her my confirmation. This employee was very friendly, polite and helpful. She was a joy to work with and explained everything to us. When we got to our room, we didn’t have enough towels for 4 and she gladly gave us what we needed. Great job

Staff greeted us like we were their top priority, had a smile on her face the whole time, when asked what brought us to Charlotte we told her we were there for a "Pearl Graduation" and explained to her what that was, we went out to get our bag and came back in she gave us a bag with a few Goody's in it and congratulated. They were very welcoming!!!! And we will stay here again when we go back for the next graduation in April!

Absolutely nothing!

The room was spacious, staff was friendly. The fridge in the room didn’t work, however, the maintenance crew brought us a new one. Great stay and really enjoyed the room.

The shower looked a little worn and the bathroom in general wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Wish there was an option to cast from your phone for more streaming options. Very limited with Netflix and max as the only options.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is close to a mall, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future.

It was difficult to find parking because I didn't know that the hotel shares parking with the restaurants next door. Once I spoke with the staff they said that I can park in any available space.

We were not allowed to have the complimentary breakfast! We were told it was from 7-10! I came down around 9 and me hey would not work to get into the breakfast area! Staff said they didn't know why and told me that I could purchase breakfast from the bar!
