The location was great you could literally walk across the street to the mall. Walmart, restaurants, amusement parks, everything is no more than 10-15 min drive away. The breakfast was so enjoyable every morning and the staff was exceptional especially Mrs. Cee Cee she was a pleasure to see every day she went above and beyond customer service daily. The management team was super friendly and showed great concern to make sure everything was going well. Even housekeeping was friendly and accommodating making we had plenty of towels and a clean room. The popcorn machine in the lobby everyday was my favorite thing 😋. They even had complimentary dinner every evening. This was my first time experiencing that with any hotel I have stayed at. The first night we arrived we on Thursday it was BBQ night what a treat. This truly was one of my best family vacations wish it could have been longer.

It was great not having to worry about dinner when we arrived and breakfast before we left. Staff was great and it was quiet. We don't drink so I got the kids cocktails at no charge. Staff was actually waiting on the tables and helping customers to get their drinks so they could eat.

We had to call down for a plunger and even then we couldn't get the toilet fixed. It was too late for maintenance so we just used a bucket to flush the toilet all night and the next morning. When I informed maintenance he added it to his list for as soon as we checked out. When we told the front desk she comped the room. She did not have to do that. We just wanted them to know for they could fix it for the next guest. We will be staying at 2 drurys on our way home from Florida because of the way it was handled

3rd time staying at this location. It's the best choice, with its location. Plenty of shopping and dining choices within walking distance or a short ride to them. The breakfast options is great for families and a quick bite to eat. Room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly.

If you like being treated as you are at Chick-fil-a then stay here. I you do not like being greeted by every smiling employee's face you see, then you do not want to stay here. I have never been treated as kind at any hotel I have ever stayed at and yes, I have stayed at a Disney resort. This was our second stay here and the reason we came back is because of the way we were treated. I wish every single hotel, resort, timeshare, etc would take a page from Drury Inn's book and do whatever it is they do to make their employees happy and in return make their customers happy. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles! We only ate dinner once because we had to eat at Lil Papi's instead (our favorite). And who doesn't love free popcorn as a late-night snack!

The only thing I had a problem with was the couch had some stains on it; however, we covered it with the blanket for the pullout bed and that was settled. It was a fabric couch, and stains happen - I would suggest a leatherette material.

The hotel was located near great shopping and restaurant options, but the hotel provided a buffet breakfast and dinner, very tasty. The room was spacious and clean.

When we got into the room I quickly noticed that the refrigerator was cooling, attempted to use the hotel phone to call the front desk, but no dial tone. I had to use my cell phone. I finally reached the front desk and shared my issues and was told that the fridge was probably turned down so I had to pull it out of the cabinet and find the gage, really a hassle! Also the front desk told me that the phone has some sort of switch to turn it on m, which I couldn’t find! Disappointing!

We LOVED coming back to Drury each day after our adventures out to the clean pool and a hot dinner waiting for us. It's conveniently located to neighborhoods with sidewalks on the far side of the mall for walking or running, too. This Drury is just far enough North of Charlotte to avoid the majority of the traffic. Everyone on staff seemed genuinely nice and interested in how well our visit was going. They checked on us multiple times.

The only suggestion I'd have is to upgrade the laundry units to accept cards. It's a pain to have enough quarters and that deterred me from being able to wash our clothes.

The location was perfect. Only 14 minutes away from the Bank of America stadium (which I will never go to again). We didn't make it early enough to go there first to check in, but they were very gracious when we finally made it there at 2am even though the concert ended at 1130. The man working was even gracious enough to let us buy some things out of the marketplace since we hadn't eaten since noon. The beds were very comfortable. The temp in the room was perfect. The hot breakfast in the morning was more than welcome and very good. The place was definitely very clean and kept up well. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the location. I called around 1am when we were still stuck in the parking garage at the stadium and had to listen to 15 minutes of recordings before a person finally got on the phone. I pushed the zero, pound sign, star, and everything else trying to bypass it and nothing worked lol. At 1 am in Charlotte NC, I didn't care about disney packages and things I could experience in other states, etc. I just wanted to make sure they knew we were still coming. Do all the advertising you want, but maybe not after a certain time of day when that is the last thing on people's minds. I do believe the website is a better place for advertising.

Right before it was time for me to leave at check out time, I went down to take my luggage to the car & when I went back to double check room for last minute possible left behind items the cleaning lady was already in the room cleaning before the check out time. I asked her for privacy in the room She was very rude & grunted with an attitude & said I have a lot of rooms to clean today,. I asked her twice for privacy before she walked out leaving the door weight on the door for it to stay open. I had to remove it & close the door myself. However besides that 1 departure experience. The Drury has always been a comfortable hotel to stay at

I had to go to N. Carolina for work/Christmas and got to spend my Christmas with an amazing staff of people also working over the holidays with smiles and warmth. I don't have family anymore. I've lived in Mexico for 15 years and now I transport pets between Mexico and the US. "The Crew" (the Chi's) and I were there to pick up some pups that were moving to Oaxaca and they even had a woman from Oaxaca working there who sent me a note with all sorts of cool reccommendatins of what to see there! Just got back yesterday from my 2nd run to Oaxaca and on both runs that list has helped me find cool things to see in my down time! I was able to practice my Spanish with her and feel a little bit of my Mexican "home" for the holidays in my homeland! I didn't even leave the hotel and didn't need to to feel the Christmas spirit everywhere! Beautiful decorations. Great service and food. The other guests were just as fun and warm to be around because the staff was keeping us all happy. They have a nice gym and pool. I decorated my room and snuggled with the pups to watch American Christmas shows I haven't gotten to see in years. First Christmas I had in my home country in over a decade and to most people it may have sounded depressing to spend Christmas in a hotel but I can't thank everyone at this hotel enough for giving me a Christmas I will always love remembering! Didn't feel sad for a second! It was all beautiful because of the hard working staff and well maintained property! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful Christmas!

I had a jacuzzi I was struggling to find time to enjoy in between all the other fun I was having. tee hee (So no... nothing not to like!)

We stayed for 1 night on our long drive to Myrtle Beach. We were so impressed with the quality of food during both the evening and breakfast service. We were shocked with the quality, variety and how quickly items were refreshed. The staff working during these times also went above and beyond to ensure that our family had everything we needed and were so friendly, especially the gentleman working the bar on Sunday, March 9th. The room was comfortable and every inch of the hotel that we saw was clean and well-maintained.

We have no complaints or areas of improvement from our stay.
