The location was great you could literally walk across the street to the mall. Walmart, restaurants, amusement parks, everything is no more than 10-15 min drive away. The breakfast was so enjoyable every morning and the staff was exceptional especially Mrs. Cee Cee she was a pleasure to see every day she went above and beyond customer service daily. The management team was super friendly and showed great concern to make sure everything was going well. Even housekeeping was friendly and accommodating making we had plenty of towels and a clean room. The popcorn machine in the lobby everyday was my favorite thing 😋. They even had complimentary dinner every evening. This was my first time experiencing that with any hotel I have stayed at. The first night we arrived we on Thursday it was BBQ night what a treat. This truly was one of my best family vacations wish it could have been longer.

3rd time staying at this location. It's the best choice, with its location. Plenty of shopping and dining choices within walking distance or a short ride to them. The breakfast options is great for families and a quick bite to eat. Room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly.

Right before it was time for me to leave at check out time, I went down to take my luggage to the car & when I went back to double check room for last minute possible left behind items the cleaning lady was already in the room cleaning before the check out time. I asked her for privacy in the room She was very rude & grunted with an attitude & said I have a lot of rooms to clean today,. I asked her twice for privacy before she walked out leaving the door weight on the door for it to stay open. I had to remove it & close the door myself. However besides that 1 departure experience. The Drury has always been a comfortable hotel to stay at

I had to go to N. Carolina for work/Christmas and got to spend my Christmas with an amazing staff of people also working over the holidays with smiles and warmth. I don't have family anymore. I've lived in Mexico for 15 years and now I transport pets between Mexico and the US. "The Crew" (the Chi's) and I were there to pick up some pups that were moving to Oaxaca and they even had a woman from Oaxaca working there who sent me a note with all sorts of cool reccommendatins of what to see there! Just got back yesterday from my 2nd run to Oaxaca and on both runs that list has helped me find cool things to see in my down time! I was able to practice my Spanish with her and feel a little bit of my Mexican "home" for the holidays in my homeland! I didn't even leave the hotel and didn't need to to feel the Christmas spirit everywhere! Beautiful decorations. Great service and food. The other guests were just as fun and warm to be around because the staff was keeping us all happy. They have a nice gym and pool. I decorated my room and snuggled with the pups to watch American Christmas shows I haven't gotten to see in years. First Christmas I had in my home country in over a decade and to most people it may have sounded depressing to spend Christmas in a hotel but I can't thank everyone at this hotel enough for giving me a Christmas I will always love remembering! Didn't feel sad for a second! It was all beautiful because of the hard working staff and well maintained property! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful Christmas!

I had a jacuzzi I was struggling to find time to enjoy in between all the other fun I was having. tee hee (So no... nothing not to like!)

We stayed for 1 night on our long drive to Myrtle Beach. We were so impressed with the quality of food during both the evening and breakfast service. We were shocked with the quality, variety and how quickly items were refreshed. The staff working during these times also went above and beyond to ensure that our family had everything we needed and were so friendly, especially the gentleman working the bar on Sunday, March 9th. The room was comfortable and every inch of the hotel that we saw was clean and well-maintained.

We have no complaints or areas of improvement from our stay.

The room selection was great, and the corporate suite was made available. On our next stay we would be pleased to acquire this room, The room and the room rate were the most excellent, if there is a means to secure this room at the rate, we will be back very soon, And top this off, he surprise of the stay was the mid day meal provided by the Hotel for its guest at no additional charge this is above and beyond, this sets you apart from all the rest and shows appreciation unto your guest for them Patronizing your hotel, thank you, and please do get back to me about our next stay in that room if available. There wasn't anything I didn't like and I have stayed any many hotels, I have in the past ventured away from this chain of hotel from a previous experience some time ago, but your inviting advertisement compelled me and you delivered above and beyond, There is nothing negative to comment on. I will be back and again would to acquire the sane room at the same rate if available, I would like to share my experience with family and friends. Again, thank you for the most exceptional stay.

Absolutely loved that breakfast and dinner was included! This is a first I have ever seen and the food was great for breakfast. We never got to eat dinner but this is a great option to save money if you come with family. They have an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a gym open 24/7. The bar downstairs also has good finger foods for the late night munchies if you are caught in bad weather like we were. Our room had a jetted tub so it was very relaxing and the staff was very nice. Would visit again!

I LOVED EVERYTHING ! THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING . IT WAS SOMETHING ABOUT GETTING OFF THE ROAD FROM A LONG DRIVE AND THE LADY THAT CHECKED ME IN SAYING "THE BAR & DINNER IS CLOSING SOON , PLEASE JUST PARK YOUR CAR SO THAT YOU AND YOUR GUEST CAN HAVE DINNER AND GRAB YOURSELF A DRINK" . THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL , IVE HONESTLY NEVER HAD SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL . THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY NEW GO TO WHEN I VISIT CHARLOTTE .

Everything! The staff was exceptional and friendly. Clean facilities, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I'm a coffee junkie, and this was delicious. I wasn't familiar with the Drury name, but I took a chance, and I'm glad I did. I have to come back to Charlotte in about two months and will be staying here again.

The only thing I didn't like and this was not the fault of the hotel. I had to come to Charlotte for surgery and couldn't have anything to eat after midnight. I really wanted to eat that breakfast. I have to have surgery again in a couple of months and still can't eat that breakfast.

The staff was super nice...every single person! The room was clean and well... roomy! The facilities were very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was good. We found out too late the night time snacks were not snacks but actual meals. Hot dogs, nachos, BBQ, etc. The bed was perfect for my husband but a bit too hard for me. I like a much softer bed but beds like food are subjective so no points off for that.

The only downside was there was no vent in the bathroom. That was crummy but we lived.
