Clean room, quiet, close to stores, restaurants. Easy access to I-77.

A TV guide button on remote or a laminated guide so it can be used by all the guest instead of having to go to each channel. There may have been one but I couldn't figure it out. Not a big deal, I got to watch NFL thru their Prime TV channel

I liked how quick check in was, the size of the room, and the comfort of the room. It was surprisingly spacious! I also enjoyed the late check out feature for a pretty good price. I would definitely look into the rewards for future stays.

I didn’t like the bathroom’s lack of a fan and how noisy the location was. It was also kind of pricey

I liked everything except the Universal TV remote and The Limited breakfast options, i.e. there was no protein, only carbs such as cereal and Waffles, they could add boiled or scrambled eggs.

The Huntersville, NC location needs to replace their universal TV remotes with Spectrum remotes that have a button for a channel guide.

Friendly staff, very efficient. Rooms were very clean and when they didn’t have the single queen we requested they gave us the same price for a nice double on the first floor. Beds and bathrooms very comfy. Our favorite benefit however was how close it was to all the restaurants, stores, and even the family we were seeing, not to mention it’s just off the highways as well!

If you’re on a budget the breakfast is good for that, but I’d personally recommend going to the Wendy’s, Hardee’s or even the Waffle House just across the street.

Overall everything was good. Not really much that was dissatisfying. The beds were comfortable. The front desk guy was nice. The room was clean.

The two things I didn't like was the breakfast and the shower curtain. For breakfast all was there was coffee, orange and apple juice, milk, cereal, granola bars, syrup and waffle batter and waffle iron. The shower curtain was stained at the bottom and looked unkept.

While you could still tell this is a dated property, the rooms were wonderfully refreshed with modern updates and mini appliances. The beds were very comfortable but the shower was probably the best feature and felt like a massage. We were in town for a short weekend (soccer tournament) and this was the perfect location, safe, and perfect for our needs. Very nice for the price! Worth mentioning that staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The outside could use some sprucing up and this would make a world of difference. While trivial, I really wish Super 8 would update their logo for a more modern appeal. These aren’t really complaints - more so suggestions.

The staff here at Super 8 are phenomenal. Dale is amazing and is very informative. There is no hassle when checking in.

Everything was good except for a few things and they're written down at the next line the hotels in a great spot we've stayed there before enjoyed it will be back just hope the problems are fixed really enjoyed the door that went between the rooms it was very helpful

Room 228 the sink was stopped up. The toilets were really loud from the other rooms beside us. We also found beside the table at the bed somebody's extension off their hair at the headboard that was nasty and disgusting so whoever is cleaning the rooms are not doing a good job I am a Head Custodian for a school so I know the rules and regulations and that was one that does not work.

The office staff was very pleasant, the rooms are clean, and they cream them daily. Quiet area, as well.
