This property is located within a mile of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, so the location was perfect. There is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport from the property, which is a huge benefit. The hotel room was very comfortable, with a large flat screen, large roomy bathroom, a kitchen table, and kitchen area with sink and refrigerator. The room got very dark at night and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

There is a laundry room on the first floor, but it requires quarters and there was no machine to exchange bills for quarters, so I could not utilize this feature.

The staff was great. I was a little over tired and felt like I asked for more assistance than should have been expected, like operating the elevator. I had an unexpected night in Charlotte due to airline traffic, so I had a very short stay, it was a bit more than I wanted to pay for a 6 hour stay, but overall it was worth it. I enjoyed my shrimp & grits at the restaurant for sure. The staff was diligent and responsive. The security staff was personable, and it appeared that all of the staff enjoyed each others company and worked well together, which created a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Well, when we got there to check in the price was different than what booking.com head said so I’m glad I had proof of that. Also, I had canceled two rooms out of the five. They had no record of that but I did in my email. They also had us booking rooms that did not have two beds In them which I requested in which was part of our reservation I don’t understand how everything in my email was right, but nothing was right when we got there highly upset thank goodness they worked with us to get what we have paid for and they had to lower the price, not happy will not use booking.com again

The room was clean, bed comfortable and overall aesthetically pleasing. Amenities were also good. The variety at breakfast time was better than I have seen at other places. However, there was not a variety for those who are vegetarians, however, I like that there was something that I could have chosen. Overall, thumbs UP

Front desk girl was not very pleasant. I called like the email suggested and told her I am waiting for the shuttle. Later, I called again, and NO answer, called again 40 minutes latter, and she impolitely said "it is raining" waited one hundred and ten minutes and met another lady who said that she had called and the girl hung up the phone in her airs. The lady called again, and there was no answer. At check in, she was not pleasant, and even though I did not understand the instructions, I was not willing to ask her again.

I loved the suite setup w/ kitchenette. Even though I didn’t stay long enough to make use of it, I appreciated the convenience it offered.

I had to call several times to get through for an airport pickup. I would have loved to know there was a backup or after-hours number, or even a message telling me to try back, as there was no backup plan if I was unable to get through.

The room was very convenient to the airport and I was flying out early in the morning, on the next day.

I accidently left my dental toiletries, in the room or the room bathroom. After calling the hotel, they were not located. It was a see through bag that held 4 plastic bottles. Each bottle was full of either teeth whitening, listerene, a red liquid of personal.cleanser and one other item. I was. Told that it was not found. However, I never saw it again after, I left the room.

good breakfast; not sensational but good. Clean facility. It was literally on the descent flight path to the airport and jets probably were going over at least than 1000 feet; it was crazy loud outside but amazingly didn't hear a thing inside. one thing: we literally got the last parking spot in the facility. Five minutes later and I don't know what we would have done.

Excellent airport hotel. The room was big and comfortable. Great kitchenette with everything you need. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Gym was good - free weights, cable machine and a few cardio machines. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Breakfast looked great.

Location will obviously only be good if you're in transit or have an early flight. You will need to have service/roaming to call the airport shuttle - there is no free phone. Wifi requires you to join the Hilton club (free but annoying). The peloton bike in the gym could not connect to the wifi (because it isn't a fully open connection), which was frustrating.

Quick checkin by a person. Great room with tv, microwave and frig. Very comfortable for a one night stay...but no restaurant! Breakfast was available in the lobby next morning.

Due to plane delay I arrived late, but there were no restaurant or bar facilites. After I left I found out that the bar and restaurant at the sister hotel next door were open and available to me, but staff didn't bother explaining that.

the pillows were too soft. when we arrived both rolls of toilet tissue were almost gone (had to ask for more), There were no shower cap, the box of tissue in the bathroom had a bunch all crumbled (should have been thrown out) no hair conditioner(which is normally found if you have shampoo) and no lotion
