Location to airport was convenient. Shuttle was quick and both drivers were super friendly and kind. The ladies at the front desk for check in were AMAZING! Showed genuine care and concern for me and that they wanted me to have the best stay. The food was great at the bistro. I’ve been eating vegetarian and they had the hummus plate with veggies and a Mediterranean quinoa bowl that was really good. The pool was indoor and water was warm. The fire pit outside was so soothing and even at 95° outside it still provided a great place to sit alone and relaxing. The bed was SO comfortable. Everything in the room worked - including the AC which was phenomenal.

The only thing I wanted to do that I didn’t get to was laundry, the Guest Laundry was out of service but that wasn’t a big deal at all.

They could not find my reservation, so I paid for one night with a credit card. About 10:30 pm the front desk called me and said they found my reservation and would take the charge off my card. I have not received confirmation that the charge has been removed from my credit card.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. The airport shuttle driver was amazing. He knew just what to say to calm me down when I was sending my daughter out of the country alone for the first time!

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the door to our room didn't shut unless we pushed or pulled it hard.

Didn't have prepaid breakfast except for 2 days. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was large and the walkin shower was to die for. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was also close to the airport as well as my daughter's home. Perfect location. Very happy over-all.

Breakfast to be included with room. I thought it was but I misread the details. Overall, not a game changer. Would easlily stay again.

The location was fine everything was fine

I didn't know there wasn't a continental breakfast and the coffee you had to pay for downstairs I'm used to it being free and $5 for a cup of coffee is kind of ridiculous I was disappointed in that if I know they didn't have a continental breakfast I wouldn't have booked the room

I like the fact that the electricity was out. They ensured us that everything will be working shortly and it was. They were very friendly and professionable.

We were not notified that the electricity was out prior to our arrival.

Loved Starbucks coffee in the morning. Staff at front desk were friendly . Enjoyed a swim in the pool. They stay was exactly what I expected from Courtyard Marriott

Mixed communication on shuttle, which is really no big deal. Bathroom missing normal hotel bathroom things (no cups, soap, etc.). Went to the restaurant to grab a beer only to find that they were out of beer. Weirdest thing I’ve encountered at a restaurant in a while.

No breakfast’s offered, location fine

I was not told how to get to my room. I went straight in to the elevator to go to the second floor. No room matched my number. The pizza delivery guy explained to me there were different wings and I went the wrong way. I should have been directed to the correct wing. Very basic task.

The shuttle service was great and the hotel is very conveniently located. It's safe, clean, and the cleaning service is great. The hotel staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a travel nurse discount hotel.
