Breakfast was exceptional

I made the reservation for the 29th because our plane wasn’t getting in till the 30th at 12:38 AM. And I can’t get you all to refund my money for that night. I had to rebook for the 30th and that is frustrating. I am 75 years old and I could not find any way to contact anyone via chat nor phone. I would like to be reimbursed for that night since I wasn’t able to do it and I did not realize that there was no charge if I would rebook which I’d already rebooked it just crazy this new way of making reservations and what have you thank you you if you have any considerations on reimbursing me for the night I couldn’t Use.

Hotel is very close to Charlotte airport and shuttle service worked well. It is 24/7 service. The room met expectations and the facility is neat and clean.

There is a charge for parking and you have to use a third-party app that was not easy to use. The desk employees were of limited help in navigating the parking app. Their breakfast is not complementary and the one served in the restaurant is very expensive.

We stayed here for a layover on our way to Jamaica. It was a seven minute drive from the airport. All we had to do was call when we got our bags. Someone came to pick us up within 10 minutes . The shuttle back to the airport was just as easy. The rooms were clean. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, The food was really good. We will definitely stay here again if it works for us in travel.

The motel was in a good location to Arena, clean, had a restaurant, had snack machines, pool, ice, the room was very nice and clean. The room had DOVE body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in nice hard bottles on the wall. We had plenty of towels, beds slept good.

Only issue I had was I booked thru booking.com, they charged me 2 weeks before my stay. Then when I got to motel the motel had no proof of payment, so I had to pay again and then deal with booking.com when I got back. I had to pay b/c the area was sold out and so was this motel.

I pre booked this room the week before we went on vacation. The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was good, and the location was perfect, as my husband and I had just flown back that evening. If you are flying in or out of CLT, this is a good location to stay, and it's not far from the airport.

Excellent service from the waitress who was manning the bar and serving meals all on her own that night. She was literally running the place. Shuttle service is also great.

Dinner was overpriced, especially for a burger, and disappointingly, there was no decaf coffee available at breakfast. Many people are medically proscribed from having caffeine, it is not just a preference.

Rooms were large and very quiet. Couldn't hear any noise in the hallway, nor in the adjoining rooms. Had dinner in the restaurant, and it was fantastic! Salmon was cooked to perfection. Shrimp and grits were excellent and very flavorful. Upon check-in, you receive coupons for 15-percent off meals. Located 5 minutes from the airport; efficient and polite shuttle service.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, everything was so clean and the bed was really comfortable. We needed to be at the airport early in the morning, and it was great because the hotel had a shuttle running to the airport the 24hrs. 3 weeks later, on our way back from our trip, we just took the same shuttle at the airport to return to the hotel because we left our car at the hotel parking lot. the fee for extended parking was only $35dlls!!!

Shuttle service to and from the airport, the size of the room, the comfortable bed and nice bed linens. The waitresses worked very hard to serve everyone during the evening dinner time.

No decaf coffee made available at breakfast. There was no one at the desk to handle check out in the 5 minutes before the 8:30am shuttle was due to depart.

Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay last minute. Holiday inn was clean and cozy and the staff handled the rush of people with grace and humor and efficiency.

The breakfast was confusing. We were to get a coupon but it wasn’t clear.
