Property was good. Location was good for what I needed. Clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, modern and trendy design elements.

The hot water handle in the shower is backwards…. So for two nights I had a cold shower. Maintenance said they were trying to figure out how to get stickers to indicate that the hot was cold/cold, hot. There should have at least been a note in the room stating this. I called the front desk and they didn’t even know this was an issue and their solution was to change my room. This seems like the easiest, simplest fix and it wasn’t done. Also, when I asked for an extra blanket I was given a duvet cover, which is essentially a sheet. The fan on the air conditioning was set to high yet it would turn off every hour. So all through the night I would have to get up and turn the fan off and on to get it to cycle back on. Also happened when it was on low.

The Cambria is our go-to hotel because of its facilities, location and staff training. The rooms are laid out with comfort and efficiency in mind, and are well appointed with plenty of thoughtful design details. Minor glitches like missing lightbulbs and broken Keurig machines are quickly replaced. The gym is well equipped and our request to lower the temperature in the room and increase airflow were addressed immediately. Lastly, shout-out to the kitchen and wait staff for the delicious and well-priced breakfasts! We will return. 🙂

Broken lightbulb and Keurig machine (replaced upon request). Over warm fitness room (temps lowered but still need to address airflow issue). Also, we asked to have the beds made (nothing else) but this did not happen....not a huge deal though.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the property. This time, we stayed in a suite for 5 days. Thoroughly loved the space and amenities, including the gym and cafe on the ground floor. The bathrooms were clean and modern, the BR was spacious and beddings comfortable. The staff and management at the cafe were very hospitable and bent over backwards to meet our needs. The food was well-prepared and reasonable.

Could have used more lighting in the living room area and the BR---there were dark areas. Perhaps a torchere or lamp on the desk? Also, the gym has poor air circulation and was actually warmer than the hall or rooms. Gyms should be cooler in temp, as people exert quite a bit of heat when exercising. When I requested the Maintenance Supervisor to please lower the temp in the room he gave me a hard time. Hubby and I convinced him to do so and he did, but he GLARED at us and did so grudgingly. Perhaps the gentleman should work out in these facilities more.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! And the room had a darkening blind so room could be darkened sufficiently. With a bar and restaurant inside the hotel, no need to travel elsewhere to eat or drink. Very convenient, and breakfast was delicious.

There was no hand bar soap at the sink. When we made an inquiry, we were told they didnt have any! There was only pump lotion soap in the shower.

The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was great! It was very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating! Restaurants and other stores were close! Loved the Fish Market restaurant!

Didn’t really like the big power lines, while in the pool area! Pool was much smaller than I thought it would be! The pool space needed to be a lot bigger!

I love music when and while I'm in the bathroom.So I travel with my Bluetooth speaker ..but this hotel has Bluetooth in the bathroom mirror....I loved it!!!And the room continued to smell good the entire time we was there.

I didn't like the position of the bed...facing the window...Daylight woke me up earlier than I expected.

The location was great! The room was absolutely beautiful. Kandice in housekeeping checked on us and was so friendly and so kind. The lady who worked at the desk at night was super sweet. She was knowledgeable and she got is in and out.

I didn’t like the fact that our fridge didn’t work. I also didn’t like where the bar was. Iv been to other Cambria locations and there’s always been a separate place in the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that it was so crowded getting in and out of the hotel.

Everything was awesome except breakfast. The hostess would only put 4 plates out at a time. All of the hot food was gone. We waited 15 minutes and had a line of 10 people needing plates and 14 needing hot food. When we requested more plates for our group, she brought 4 out, leaving 6 without. We ended up leaving to go eat somewhere else. She was not friendly.

Breakfast service was terrible

As always the facility was clean and spacious and well laid out. Staff was friendly and very helpful, if not effective.

Phone and safe were not functional. Tub drained very slowly. And maids did not make the bed nor leave coffee products in the bar on the 2nd night of our stay.

The Hotel is new, clean and good rooms for the price. Staff was friendly. Great location about 10 mins from Carowinds Theme Park and a 5 minute drive to Fort Mill Village Square. Lots of restaurants there.

Loud AC unit in the room where our kids slept on the pull out sofa. The air was blowing on their faces and they did not sleep well. Our room was next to the pool and people were out late talking loud, so be aware of that.
