Good location and friendly staff

The rooms are not up to the standards I am use to from a Marriott brand hotel. The room was clean and had no bugs, BUT the physical condition of room was poor. Damaged bathroom door, pealing wallpaper, water stained ceiling, missing cabinet doors, badly stained bathtub, dirty looking and stained chair, missing thermostat on the wall made it difficult to adjust the air conditioner as it's underneath the cabinet. You have to get on your hands and knees to see the controls. No extra toilet paper, just a half a roll on the roller.

Really enjoyed our stay. I wish I would recall the lady that helped us at check in - I spoke to her prior to check in to ensure there was a pack n play for our daughter. She was GREAT - deserves recognition! Clean pool. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great as well! Family friendly which was important factor when booking a hotel.

Room was clean , however mattress had a stain on it, walls were dirty. Wall paper was peeling. However was comfortable for our stay. We requested extra pillows & towels. I had to remind them about the towels & we never received the extra pills. Minor concern - would stay there again.

Convenient location, clean, good price

Our room was freezing and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. Eventually had to unplug the system. Also there is a Starbucks inside and we were the next guests to order and last in line (at 9:20am) and all of a sudden they said we’re closed…

Location is good, close to the highway and plenty of food options. I didn’t try the breakfast.

The refrigerator was comically small. People with kids trying to keep snacks and drinks cold will be disappointed.

Nice, up to date and clean. Staff was very nice and personable. Even the cleaning staff went out of their way to say hi and “I hope you enjoyed your stay “

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We super appreciated being able to charge our electric vehicle (EV) overnight! Room and bathroom were very clean. The fridge was great albeit with no freezer.

We booked a king bed with pull-out sofa, which Booking said was ok for 2 adults + 2 kids, but it was a single-bed pullout. Technically both kids fit on it, but not without argument--and 2 adults definitely wouldn't have. We were booking last minute and they had no 2-queen rooms so we took what we could get, but the king bed suite is highly questionable for 4 people.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were great! We used the pool and fitness area and were very well pleased! We will definitely be back next year for the same event!

The shower door would not stay closed snd water did not drain well.

Didn't like the fact that NO soap in room and when asked for it by housekeeping was told they had none and on backorder. Not COVID friendly for sure. Terrible not to have any type of soap in a room. What hotel does this???
