The staff was responsive and kind, especially David. The location was terrific whereas restaurants and bargain shopping stores were in short driving distance away. The parking was a little challenging because hotel was filled to capacity. This is interesting because hotel next door spaces were mostly empty.

Whereas, this had nothing to do with the hotel staff or facility. A couple left their pet unattended. The dog barked a lot because of separation anxiety. When I asked staff to check on dog, they did so immediately. The couple knew their pet did not like being left alone.

The location was great and the property was very clean and comfortable. The outside basketball court and the game room gave the teens and preteens entertainment while the outside grill and the patio provided a chill vibe for adults. They do have a policy for hallway noise from 11 pm till 6 am. Mon-Wed there is a social hour. Breakfast menu differs daily so that you don’t get bored with the selection. Room was fully stocked with Dove shower wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. An ironing board and iron are provided, and the washer and dryer are absolutely FREE!

The hotel was very clean and looked very nice. The products used were high quality (e.g. Dove soap, shampoos, lotions, Palmolive detergent, Finish Dishwasher detergents). Great appliances and well-stocked kitchen. I love that it is a smoke-free hotel. I rather die of natural causes!

The only problem I had was really not with the hotel in general, but rather with a young man who seemed to be lingering around. He was back and forth, up and down the elevator, standing all around the building. Coming from a family of law enforcement, these types of behaviors seem too suspicious. As far as the hotel, there should be some more visible security to discourage this.

The location was close to the Bmx track, which was the reason for our visit. It had easy access to highway travelling north or south. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were free laundry facilities, gym and pool. Breakfast included was a fantastic convenience.Room had a kitchenette. Hotel put on a social hour Monday to Wednesday, and the staff were lovely .

Not having an oven. Not an essential item, but we were surprised to discover there was no oven as we all thought we had seen one and bought back a frozen pizza to cook for dinner. 😆

Loved staying here I was pleasantly surprised. From the check in to the social happy hour to the size of the rooms and local stores /restaurants that are close by it was a great location. The hotel offers free breakfast, free laundry on premises and a computer you can use if you are on a business trip. Plus there is a local bowling alley and game area walking distance called Stars and Strikes that is a lot of fun and great to take kids if you are traveling with the family. All walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel chain for sure and make sure for future travels I’m booking with them!

Good location and our room on the second floor was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and there were two choices of pillows (firm & soft) which were labeled. The set up was spacious. I liked the Dove soap.

Our room had a slight odor as if the carpet was stale from being shampooed but not well. It wasn’t overbearing and after we took showers, the Dove soap smell masked the stale odor. I also thought that when I booked this room that the taxes were included but it was around $30 more than expected!?!

Our room with kitchenette was large, comfortable and pretty quiet. I loved how the kitchen and bathroom were somewhat separate from the main living / bedroom space.

The outdoor space was very nice but needed to be cleaned much more frequently on the weekend. Large groups were hanging out, having parties and generating a lot of mess that would sit for awhile before getting cleaned up. Also, 1 elevator was out the whole time we were there but the last elevator went out on our last day. This stunk!!

Staff was friendly at check-in and at breakfast. They kept in contact with us during our stay by text to make sure everything was good. Location is convenient to numerous restaurants and shops. Room was clean and spacious. It was nice having the kitchen area with a full size fridge. We were in town for a volleyball tournament so we didn't get to spend a whole lot of time in the room which is the only thing I would change! The beds were very comfortable also.

We were late getting back from our tournament and got the last parking space in the lot at the top of the hill. Parking needs to be expanded. A covered check in area would be nice also as it was raining when we checked in.

The location is close to the major shopping area, across from a couple of dealerships, right of Hwy 77. Nice, well-kept, and clean hotel. Our room had everything needed for a one-night stay on our long road trip.

An actual small dining table with chairs would be beneficial as we cooked our dinner meal, but had to eat it on a couch leaning over a couple of footstools. Also, as far as soundproofing, very weak. Our neighbor downstairs didn't like us walking barefoot in the room at 7:30 pm or 7:30 am. He told the front desk that we had a party in our room... Breakfast is nothing special. Boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, packaged muffins. There was no milk served with cereal. However, the attendant did manage to find us a cup of milk after the inquiry.

The gentleman the checked us in was extremely nice. The room was exactly what I needed recovering overnight from a hysterectomy. They were able to accommodate a shower chair also to help with my recovery. I was extremely happy with the happy hour and breakfast. The dinning room had very comfortable seats as well.

One of the elevators was broken. I booked the room because I was having surgery 2 hours away from home so having to wait for the elevator was very painful at times.
