The room was spacious and very near to the front door. The Handicap/assessable room was well equipped for our needs. The staff was gracious and kept us supplied with clean linens. Having a place to fix something hot to eat was convenient. The laundry area was conveniently located and clean. We were comfortable with all our needs met.

It was dog friendly! The room was clean and nice; the bed was pretty comfortable.

The front desk was empty, we checked in at 7:30 pm . Finally (5 min) , a worker who had been taking a break outside came back in and checked us in. It’s hard to wait when you’re tired. The breakfast selection was poor. Some nutrigrain bars and packaged muffins. I wouldn’t advertise free breakfast for that Although there was coffee and hot water for my tea that I bring.

Good area to stop. Lots of stores nearby

It was set way back in and seemed to be a bit sketchy. I didn’t feel real safe parking on the main entrance side of the building which was actually the backside as you drove up to it. So I moved my car around to the other side, which was a little more lit up and open. Lots of people hanging outside smoking etc

I like the staff very kind. It is also in a good location, it is also very quiet, and there is hardly much noise.

I don't like that they clean once every 15 days, look at some cockroaches Also, the laundry machines are a bit expensive.

Quiet area, close to shops, food and entertainment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady that check us in was awesome. Let friendly and my dog love his time there too.

The room seem to be outdated and the shower itself could you a lil more cleaning

It was convenient and available at the point in our trip that we wanted to stop for one night . There was a good price deal available.

The suites are equipped with a full fridge and sink and microwave, but there is no coffee maker in the room. The so-called hot breakfast downstairs is pretty meagre.

The staff was very friendly and I really love the beds

The fact that housekeeping do not check on you. I stayed a whole week and didn’t hear from them not once

I have asthma and the halls was very smoky. The first night on the 2nd floor weed and the next night on the 3rd floor heavy cigarette smoke. When I brought it the the front desk attention I was told it was nothing they can do about it. I had a asthma attack the second night because the hallway was that smoky. I ended up not feeling good all night so the stay sucked

The location was good, parking was perfect, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Ahmad and Helen are amazing people and I appreciate them for everything they did for me while on my family reunion

It was clean, neat and roomy...

Picked this property because breakfast was "included" however, there was nothing but plain oatmeal. No fruit and when I asked at (around 8:30am) was told there was no more fruit. :( And had to ask for muffins and only one had flavor.
