Our room was great & all my requests were granted I have a list quiet area ,top floor if possible ,away from laundry room elevator & ice machine .Hugo was amazing on front desk & young ladies at breakfast were exceptional as my husband felt poorly they couldn't have been kinder to us . Angel who took care of us in the evening at the bar was super cannot thank the staff enough especially as we were flying home to UK next day & dreading it so yes staff gave us happy memories .

The hotel and room were clean. The hotel staff that I was in contact with were nice. The breakfast was really good.

The shower in the bathroom was not the greatest. The shower curtain rod was messed up, causing the shower curtain to not stay in place. The tub was also dipped in the middle, and it's like it was laid at an angle, causing water to stand in the shower.

I loved the comfort and peace of mind that this location brings.

The only 2 things that buggd me was the VERY limited equipment in the GYM. The pool being green. I dont know how the maintenance is done for the pool but id love it if it were cleaner, nevertheless it felt more like a HOTPOOL which was different and good.

the room was a great size and updated. it’s nice super clean and lots of updates. I travel for work so it was really nice to be able to come back work for a bit then go downstairs and have one of the best martini I’ve ever had and delicious food at NORMAL pricing. loved the updated showers with never ending hot water and great pressure. slept in a comfy bed with comfy sheets. lots of outlets in the room to charge my devices. cold ac great wifi. breakfast had several hot and cold options. and checkin in and out was quick and easy.

the bathroom shower had been updated but it still had poor lighting. When checking out I needed a receipt for reimbursement (work requires one) and they said they couldn’t give me one with the pricing since I booked through Booking I am traveling almost every other week & never had that issue in other hotels. there has to be a way around this.

The rooms are very spacious and the staff was so helpful and amazing. The entire property is so clean and well taken care of and they go above and beyond to make your stay most enjoyable for you. There is also an indoor heated pool that's open year round.

There isn't a balcony

Location is excellent and quiet. Close to airport in Charlotte and many restaurants and stores. Accommodations were very comfortable.

We were staying there with our adult son who had his own room and was only staying for 3 nights and we were staying for 4 nights. On our fourth night we had to move to our son’s room because our room had been booked for another guest. So apparently they didn’t tell us the correct rooms in which to be. Other than that everything else was fine.

did not eat cause we had to pay.really :( they should have a complementary breakfast for the price we had to pay for the room. we ate out everyday hich was probably better than hotel food anyway.

the bed was very uncomfortable. it was way to firm. flelt like we were sleeping on the floor. wake up everyday with aches and pains due to the bed.

The Hotel was clean all throughout. The beds felt great. Close to the facility and all the food spots.

They asked for a credit card and didn’t say why or how much you were charged for incidental. At the end of my stay I went to the desk to checkout ask for receipt and since I booked through booking I couldn’t. I was told that booking would handle it. That’s new to me bc I was never turned down for me getting a receipt. So I’m hoping I get my incidental hold released.

Everything was spotless and all the employees went above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! I will definitely be staying here again! I usually stay with Marriott but Holiday Inn was so much nicer, cleaner, and more affordable!

There is absolutely nothing I can complain about or that I think needs improvement!!!

I don’t usually notice the smell on a hotel unless it’s bad. This smelled fresh, nice, kind of like a Disney resort😂. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I stayed here over 10 years ago, and was pleasant surprised by the excellent condition the hotel is still in. Would definitely stay again.
