The clerk was very good, I had trouble with the scheduled arrival, called the site and she took care of it. She held our room for very late arrival, the room was so good. Couch, great bed, good towels, parking right at the door. But the clerk was the best of all.

All fine, doing construction on the highway and a little hard getting in and out of the property, but not too bad.

Great location and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Our room was large enough to relax in and the bed was very comfortable, the ac worked great. Continental breakfast in the morning was really nice. Far enough from the highway that road noise is minimal. Price was very reasonable. Room was clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The refrigerator had marks on it and the paint was chipping off of it and it didn't really get cold the bathroom could have been cleaner and the sofa could have used the cleaning as well

I like that it’s within walking distance of everything I need attentive staff clean rooms spacious rooms at that very accommodative. I had a problem one morning where my card was charged I had no problem from the front desk as the gentleman working refunded me my money back in cash on the spot. Overall I great experience I would definitely recommend. 10 stars from me if I could rate that high

I really enjoyed staying here after a horrid experience at a Microtel in Charlotte. I checked out four days early from that hotel because it was dirty and unsafe. I've been going to Howard Johnsons for years and it's because of the quality and service. As soon as I saw that one was a bit farther away, it didn't matter. I knew I could count on Howard Johnson for a fantastic stay. Thank you for everything. Your staff was wonderful, the room was clean and amazing, and I was safe and beyond satisfied.

Absolutely nothing. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were on top of everything too. I work at a resort in Florida and your staff went above and beyond. I wish I could rate you all higher because you all truly deserve it! Thank you again and if I'm ever in the area again, you can count on me trying to reserve a room at this location.

Very clean, pretty quiet, loved the breakfast and all the options. The staff were so very nice and accommodating. They were all very busy this weekend with multiple competitions going on in the area and still made sure everyone was happy. Very pleased 😀

Water wouldn't get very hot til when it did it got super hot by the 4th persons shower lol little backwards but we made out just fine

I didn’t realize that it was also a long term stay hotel. The room next to mine was a long term stay and they had several dogs that whined and barked all night long. Being that I was only there for one night I didn’t want to complain. If I had known they had long term stays there I would have requested to stay in a different room.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front called shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good with our room. We felt safe and happy there.

We wish there had been some breakfast meats available. And there was something flying along in the apple juice.

The location perfect for me. Walking distance to lots of food spots for quick grab. I always stay here when I travel to SC.

The showerheads need to be soaked in vinegar. It was a lot of buildup which isn't sanitary. It's time for the mattresses to be updated as well.

The location was off the highway enough, so you didn't hear it but close enough to get off and on with very little delay.

We stopped earlier than usual to enjoy the pool they advertised on the front of the web page. After we checked in, we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. This info would have been appreciated before we checked in.
