The hotel had a hot breakfast, eggs, and sausage (a little dry). It had the waffles, etc, for the cold breakfast. The hotel was right off the highway, so conveniently located. The price was good for the 1 night we stayed. The staff was friendly. The shampoo and soap were in bottles hung from the wall. No little bottles you can't get shampoo out of!

The sausage was dry at breakfast. Otherwise, I did not find anything else that I disliked about this hotel. However, the survey asks me to write more, so I will reiterate that I didn't find anything else that I disliked.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Check in was fast. Everything in the room looked new and up to date. The chair with ottoman was a great fit for larger travelers which did not feel like it was only built for small sized adults like I experience in other hotels. There was even a little table I used to enjoy my dinner with while sitting in the chair. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great. I absolutely loved the shower. There was instant hot water, great soap and shampoo, soft towels and extra strong water pressure like I have never felt before. Breakfast was hot and fresh. This was my best hotel stay ever.

Yes, it is a dog friendly hotel. That's completely understood and fine. While I've been in dog friendly hotels in the past, I've just not dealt with any issues from it. This time was a bit irritating because a dog was crying/whining extremely loudly and woke us up at 530am in the morning 🫤. It went on for at least 30 min, so we didn't know if the owners weren't in the room with the dog or they were just sleeping through the noise. Idk.

Staff, cleanliness, location

Our room was by the elevator on 3rd floor. There was a very very loud vending machine next to the elevator (sounds broken). Products used for visual are in terrible condition and makes you afraid to buy anything out of it. Fortunately, the rooms seemed to be sound proofed so when you close the door you don’t hear it, but very annoying coming and going.

The breakfast was pretty good. It offered the same items every day unless they ran out of something before we got down for breakfast, but it really had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, this one is by far the best one.

This is such a petty small thing, but some of the paint was chipping (ceiling), but that did not disturb our stay. In order to get room service, we had to track someone down other than a day that I was in a video call for work when they were trying to get in. We got fresh towels and washcloths from the front desk as needed. Apparently, we had to specifically request at the front desk that they freshen up the room.

The property is very well maintained with nice decor, the room was exceptionally comfortable and very clean, the staff gives great customer service.

I did not like that there is no security on the property. My very first night has some very unreasonable and excessively loud guest a few rooms down from me on the third floor. The front desk clerk could hear them all the way by the front door on the first floor. She made multiple attempts to quite them down but the were not complicate and just got louder. She has no back up other than calling the police.

I liked how cheap it was and how accomodating the staff were of any request. The room always smelled clean and I never ran out of towels or never had any garbage piled up, it was always picked up.

Unfortunately the closest walking-distance "convenience store" was about 15 minutes away through a solitary road. Would not advice to walk through the night, but during the day it was completely fine.

Friendly staff, clean lobby and hallways. Decent breakfast. Easy to find. Staff quickly accommodated when we needed to switch rooms.

The first room we were given smelled like a dog and the ac was loud and moldy. And the hotels around it seemed kind of sketchy. We were able to change rooms to a cleaner room.

Impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, including the common areas and the room. An excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Overall, a wonderful stay for 1 night, and conveniently located right off the highway.

The towels were thin, they could invest in new towels. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was poor.

The breakfast was a good start to the day and the location was absolutely great for what we had to do.

Had a musty smell in the hall way. Maybe the carpet but definitely smells musty. A smell like water damage somewhere. The bathroom could use a little more light also.
