The room was very comfortable and the shower was great -- hot and good pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was right! It was a good stopover hotel.

The breakfast was minimal but for the price OK. There were smokers right outside the entrance. It seemed like the room had had smokers. It was fine, but a bit musty smelling. At least it was not doused in odor covering fragrance. The tv in the breakfast room was playing Fox News. I don't think they should be playing politically divisive tv in the common areas. Play the weather channel if something like that.

There was hair in the shower, left over yogurt in the fridge & some garbage under the refrigerator No towel rack for hand towel & nowhere to hang used bath towels. Trying to help the environment by re-using towels. Wifi is sometimes slow Lamp on the desk wouldn't turn on so my husband went to check & found out the cord wasn't plugged in but no electrical outlet below. Had to run the cord to the outlet above the desk. Pillow was so soft, no support

Our shower head shot over the top of the curtain and ran from the bathroom and puddled in our room. We had the same room on the trip back through and it was fixed. We reported it on checkout and they did listen and had it fixed.

We were traveling and only staying one night on a lay over night on our way to Florida and on the way back. Breakfast started to late for us to benefit from having it included in our package. Should have a traveling bag to take with you.

The location was great! Daves hot chicken is down the street. Definitely recommend

I've stayed a few times now, but this particular time I noticed two noticeable stains on the floor. All and all, still spacious and clean

I booked this hotel by accident. But once we got there we were ok. Had been driving all day so exhausted. The young man gave me the key and let granson finish transaction. Staff very nice.

Asked for handicapped room, was given closest to desk. Close does not meet handicapped needs. Lower the beds. I almost could not get up on it, or put a stool in room. Higher commode. Maybe hot chocolate, not everyone drinks coffee. My granson said his bed too hard.

I liked that the parking lot and landscaping around the hotel was warm and inviting. I liked how the front desk staff was polite, professional and inviting. I liked the decor in the lobby area. I liked the cleanliness and decor of the room. One of my teen daughters said it best, " Daddy that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It's even better than my bed at home.

I didn't like how it took the air conditioner forever to cool off the room. I didn't like how there were no privacy curtains which meant sunlight beaming in my face first thing in the morning. I also didn't like how the lamp on the desk didn't work. Finally, I didn't like how it took the remote forever to work properly. It may have needed batteries, plus the back of the remote was missing.

Rooms were improved.

No anti slip in tub. My husband slipped and fell out of the tub. He is all bruised, sore, and probably has a cracked rib. His back hurts as well as his foot. I told the girl at the desk when we checked out. He's very lucky he didn't hit his head on the tile floor. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Also, they always put us on the third floor with the dog. They weren't that busy that they had to put us up there. Husband is not in good shape due to fall, and we are to move this week. Very inconvenient to say the least!

The pool was down for maintenance, but that can't be helped, so I am not mad over it or anything.

We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 8 nights and got to keep the same room, staff was very helpful, and very friendly Comfy beds, nice lite breakfast, coffee all day, showers were hot

some security concerns since our ground floor window did not lock, the rear hallway door to the outside was also not locked. apart from this it was an enjoyable stay not perfect but
