My husband and I work construction we drove 18 miles from Chester SC where our job location is to find nicer hotels which was in Rock hill SC but the only thing about this hotel is the RATES suck for couples that work construction like us… I spoke with another couple staying at hotel they said they were sailing their house and moving they finally got the owner to drop their rate to 73.00 and they stayed for 2 months😬us workers try to stay within our perdiem rate but I spoke with the owner he said he couldn’t give us a rate like that smh 🤷‍♀️ we stayed here for a month every event that came to charlotte NC we had to pay the same rate a vacation couples 98.00 to 175.00 is out RAGIUS!!! Other than that great!!😊

The room was very comfortable and the shower was great -- hot and good pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was right! It was a good stopover hotel.

The breakfast was minimal but for the price OK. There were smokers right outside the entrance. It seemed like the room had had smokers. It was fine, but a bit musty smelling. At least it was not doused in odor covering fragrance. The tv in the breakfast room was playing Fox News. I don't think they should be playing politically divisive tv in the common areas. Play the weather channel if something like that.

Easy to find & check in. Got the room we requested. Clean & spacious room Good location

There was hair in the shower, left over yogurt in the fridge & some garbage under the refrigerator No towel rack for hand towel & nowhere to hang used bath towels. Trying to help the environment by re-using towels. Wifi is sometimes slow Lamp on the desk wouldn't turn on so my husband went to check & found out the cord wasn't plugged in but no electrical outlet below. Had to run the cord to the outlet above the desk. Pillow was so soft, no support

My son enjoyed. For a picky eater he found something that he liked

Wish the vending machines was card or tap accessible

Our shower head shot over the top of the curtain and ran from the bathroom and puddled in our room. We had the same room on the trip back through and it was fixed. We reported it on checkout and they did listen and had it fixed.

We were traveling and only staying one night on a lay over night on our way to Florida and on the way back. Breakfast started to late for us to benefit from having it included in our package. Should have a traveling bag to take with you.

The location was great! Daves hot chicken is down the street. Definitely recommend

I've stayed a few times now, but this particular time I noticed two noticeable stains on the floor. All and all, still spacious and clean

The pool was down for maintenance, but that can't be helped, so I am not mad over it or anything.

We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 8 nights and got to keep the same room, staff was very helpful, and very friendly Comfy beds, nice lite breakfast, coffee all day, showers were hot

I booked this hotel by accident. But once we got there we were ok. Had been driving all day so exhausted. The young man gave me the key and let granson finish transaction. Staff very nice.

Asked for handicapped room, was given closest to desk. Close does not meet handicapped needs. Lower the beds. I almost could not get up on it, or put a stool in room. Higher commode. Maybe hot chocolate, not everyone drinks coffee. My granson said his bed too hard.

Close to facility I was contracted at. Location to food was great.
