I am very particular about cleanliness and found our room to be very clean and smelled good as soon as you walked into the room. No issues at all. Bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked all the USB ports too.

In order to make the bathroom available to my husband, at his convenience, it would have been nice if there had been a wall mirror at the desk to put makeup on and to do hair while my husband could take a shower etc. Breakfast eggs & potatoes were mediocre but the bagels and cream cheese were good. Although the carpeting looked good, we are not a fan of carpeting so clean tile is always a plus for us.

Went to use treadmill and clipped safety rope on. Held on to front bar and hit start. The treadmill started slowly and the entire handle part came off in my hands!!!!! The treadmill did not stop. I was trying to keep up with it, but I couldn’t and was carried to the back of the trampoline in my feet went off and I stood on the floor. I don’t know how I did that fall. I went to the desk and the lady, took the treadmill out of service and was very nice. Two days later the top was screwed back on with screws put into the side areas. Not sure if that’s good or not. Everyone was very friendly with everything. They gave me 20% off of that night on my bill. Feel like it should’ve been more.

Refrigerator had issues. I notice water leaking and I cleaned it up and turned it off. The gasket around the door was faulty as it did not close properly. I told the front desk person as I was leaving because I had no use for the frig. Also, the carpeting in the hallway on second floor had ripples. Caught my shoes on it a couple of times. Needs stretching.

The tables were all dirty, need to do a better job keeping them clean Food was ok, eggs and potatoes were cold Orange juice was watered down

The muffins were good, and I loved that they had a selection of teas. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and even brought up a door dash order for me.

Would like to see so bacon added to the breakfast menu and honey for the teas.

We stayed here for just one night while traveling from Florida to New York. Just off of I-77, the location was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave in addition to a refrigerator. It was also nice to see the side of the tub were just a bit lower than standard, so getting in and out was easy (and my elderly mother appreciated the grab-bar). We got back on the road too early for breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

In-room coffee is never great at any hotel, but this was terrible. There's no way to know if it was the water supply, the brand of coffee, the creamer, or all of the above, but better to just skip it.

The hotel was right across the street from where our truck broke down. The people were very nice and where we stayed had NO buses, taxis, or Ubers but the lady at the hotel remembered a transportation service gave her their card and she let me take a pic so we could get to the car rental place in NC so we could get back home to MA

The washer and dryer was out of service for the 2 days we were there. I had to wash our clothes in the sink

The staff was very accommodating....we stayed 2 nights, but I booked each night separately due to some change in plans....I called to request that we be able to stay in the same room both nights. They made it happen and were just very pleasant and friendly during our stay.

Really no complaints! It was all very good.
