I arrived about 30 minutes early and asked if I could possibly get an early check in and the person at the front desk to me absolutely not and came across extremely rude. He made me feel like I was bothering him. So I said ok I'll just wait in the lobby then and then he replied no you can't wait in the front lobby and that I had to wait in the over night lobby off to the side. Again was extremely rude about it. And then a few minutes later another employee seen me and she said that she would let me check in a little early. She was very polite and helpful. She checked me in and apologized for the other staff. Everything else was fine. But that first impression wasn't good but she did a great job and was very polite. After that everything was good. Thank you

At this price, my room & environment was excellent. Don't goto Motel.6 & other cheap places, instead go here. Extra comnents: NO smokers were anywhere except far distance from.building, whereas many other economic/cheap motels don't always enforce their own rules. In fact, I moved to this Baymont Motel after having a bad/smelly day at Motel.6, it's much better at Baymont & almost same(low) price. ALSO this Baymont gives you free breakfast which's uncommonly good !!, unlike junk or nothing at other motels. Frontdesk staff are excellent & seems managed by a family

Breakfast was Ok. Breakfast room was bright and clean though fall layout might be updated. Waffles were good. Our room was very clean and the towels were supper thick and soft. The TV options were apparently super abundant.

OJ came out as clear liquid (apparently juice was all gone) Syrup might have been sweeter. I'm tech challenged and had trouble navigating the TV options.

The two gentlemen that were there when we checked in, we’re very professional and accommodating. The females that were working in the morning weren’t so nice. Not that they said anything specifically I think it was more body language.

Quiet, clean, good parking, not over crowded like some motels. Staff honored our request.

Better morning selection of food, there was eggs, eggs,eggs. Coffee, dry cereal, yogurt and toast. And an apple or banana.

It was a clean room over all, the air-conditioning functioned well , not noisy , came with all basic appliances ,even microwave ,iron stand . Breakfast area was comfortable, a lot of selection , fruits , waffle makers, cereals ,else. The staff s were very friendly , high end upon all standard motel.

Convenience

Bed was fabulously comfortable and we both slept very well. Loved the quality of the personal care products. We both were delighted that they included scrambled eggs and bacon in the complimentary breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was how my sheets were stained and towels were stained. And how house keeping was knocking at the door seeing if I had laundry and trash than tried to mop the floor while me and friend was still in there and sleeping and trying to get ready

Whole place is spanking new with awesome renovations! So it's a great value.

I work late so late check out is important to me. Late check out not available, unless you call extra 1/2 hour a late check out. Also need first floor always because I have equipment that I can't leave in my car. They will not guarantee it until I arrive there, that's inconvenient and stressful.
