Loved the location. The desk receptionist, "CiCi" was super lovely. Our beds were very comfortable. We don't ready much for breakfast but there was oatmeal with multiple toppings which we loved, plus some good yogurt. And there was "Silk milk" for coffee!

Our room was clean & spotless however it had a slightly weird smell as if the carpets had been cleaned but left a "dirty sock" odor. The smell did lessen once we turned the air conditioning up. It wasn't bad enough for us to ask to change rooms.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. We were there for college reunion & used hospitality/meeting room all weekend. Rooms clean & comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels.

No hair dryer in room. None available at front desk. Borrowed one from friends in nearby room. There were 3 dispensers in shower which I thought was a great convenience, but could not find any description of what was in them. Maybe my old eyes & low light, but really tried. There was a large selection of food & beverages. Variety of items to add to oatmeal was impressive. Only issue was with coffee/ tea section. Excellent selection, but not enough space for more than 2 people to be at the station at once. Had to wait every time & not a large crowd present

Easy to find off the highway. Quick check in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable good sized room with nice pull out desk, comfortable beds, extra pillows. Lots of towels and toiletries. Exceptional breakfast, best I've seen on my last few trips. Lots of variety, individual items such as yogurt, fruit cups, Nutella, etc. Very happy with our stay. Didn't get to use the pool - stayed one night. Would definitely return in the future.

I liked the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Jordan really helped us out at Checkin. We had stayed there one week before and both times the breakfast was outstanding. So clean and had a variety of choices of food items and very good coffee!!! The oatmeal and toppings were the best I ever had!

The 3 bottles of products in the shower were great but you could not see the label of what each one was. This could be improved.

I love that all Fairfield’s provide an expected level of - cleanliness, -comfort, -space, - quality protein at breakfast!

Gym could use a wider variety of equipment, but it’s a nice size and available 24hrs.

The thing I liked/loved the most was the young lady who checked us in. SHE WAS AWESOME!!! She didn’t hesitate to act after we complained about a backed up drain in the tub. Not only did she offer to change rooms but she upgraded our room. She was awesome! I wish I remembered her name! My room number was 214.

The drain in the tub, while showering the tub would fill up.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Wonderful shower. Nice sofa, with 2 small side tables for cups or phones.

Low toilet. Could have used a couple of grab bars - one by toilet, one in shower.

Great location to the venue downtown and excellent breakfast.

That I paid for the room upon check in but my sister's credit card which was used for reservation was also charged/billed.

I do not eat breakfast and the location of property was excellent.

I had to change rooms late at night because the shower was leaking on bathroom floor

Didn’t eat breakfast but the room was good. The bathroom floor got very slippery. Need to have rug in bathroom.

The person checking us in seemed to not be having a good day.
