Location is great, breakfast was very good particularly since the hotel was not completely booked. Last time we stayed there were multiple sport teams in the hotel. Breakfast was overloaded with impatient people, staff unable to keep up with what was left after eating. This wasn't the fault of the hotel, but of the other visitors. Much calmer and cleaner in public areas this time.

The bed was comfortable; the accessible bathroom was very functional with plenty of fluffy towels, but the details in the accessible shower are showing their age. Shower tiles had anywhere from white grout to moldy looking grout, walls in bath & bedroom had some "dents", water barrier on bath floor looked like a quick patch job had taken place, but it did work (just a messy job)

The breakfast bar and fitness room were quite acceptable. Wish the 10 lb barbell wasn't missing and one of the treadmills was operable.

The TV didn't work the first night, the fire alarm went off after midnight the 2nd night. Overall wasn't as restful as we would have liked.

The staff was unprofessional and each time I needed to speak to staff, there was no one at the desk. Not enough breakfast even at 9am

breakfast was shut down early due to a malfunctioning clock in the kitchen area. The person at the front desk had to get the woman working in the kitchen to re-open the breakfast for the guests who came down to eat. The clock was off by an hour. Totally unacceptable. Took almost 30 minutes to replenish the regular coffee when it ran out- after being asked 3 times to replenish it.

Breakfast was good. Not as much Variety as other Hiltons I've stayed at.

Our room had an awful sound of constant rushing air coming from under the door so we had to use towels to create our own threshold. I also never received an emailed receipt for my stay so I have NO idea how much my credit card was charged.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for 4 nights and the hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very pleasant and it was very quiet. Everyone was nice and the customer service was fantastic. We would absolutely stay there again.

Provided breakfast was one of the reasons I chose Hampton Inn. Breakfast was adequate but selection was slim.

Really have nothing worth rating as dislike.

Bed was prima. Very good. Room also very comfortable.

Showers where weak. But I guess normal in US. Trump will make better.

The staff were exceptional in terms of Customer Service. Special mention to Amy for being extremely helpful.

The food can be improved with variety; but overall quality of food was good.
