Location was very convenient for our visit. I thought the price of the room was a good value, as breakfast was included. The room is somewhat basic, but well planned especially as we have accessible needs.

We stayed for 3 or 4 nights; the week nights were very quiet. The weekend crowd was very young, very loud and apparently the adults in charge of the youth, didn't seem to notice their kids running, yelling etc. As much as I like the concept of activity in the lobby, if you are on ground floor, the noise carries down the hall. Might have been okay on higher floors, but due to mobility issues, ground floor is much easier for my husband. Luckily, they were attending sports events so they went to bed by 10PM.

I traveled for my Father’s funeral and got my room last minute I just heard this was an excellent hotel chain. My brother paid more at the Holiday Inn Express and did not have the same great experience I had he wished he had stayed in the same hotel. I will continue to use the hotel chain for future travel.. What a pet-friendly hotel! The staff greeted our little terrier by name. And other guests with dogs were friendly, as were their well-behaved pets. We enjoyed the hipster lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, immaculate and attractive. Plenty of pillows, linens, etc.

The breakfast buffet was more efficient than generous. And the lack of microwaves in the rooms meant trooping out to the lobby at night to pop popcorn.

I have disabilities and our room was easily accessible to the elevator. We liked the hard floors rather than the usual carpeting. The hotel is easily accessible to Rt 77 and Rt 895.

The location is close to highways and we could hear traffic at night. The bed was not particularly comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was pretty spacious and the mattress was so comfortable! The staff were very friendly and took great care of us! I would come back to this hotel :)

The only thing I didn’t really care for at this hotel was the breakfast. I’m glad the breakfast was free, but it was lacking. There wasn’t very many options. You have yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, sausage, eggs, bread, and bagels. Nothing special.

Breakfast was great. Location couldn't be better...right off of 77 and close to so many attractions.

How noisy the room was. It's like there is no insualtion from room to room, floor to floor. I couldn't get any sleep for the noisy neighbors above us. Well into the night the tv/muisc and voices carried on.

I requested a bathroom refresh at front desk and housekeeping never came. I had to tell the front desk later that night and get my own clean towels from the front desk. There was also what appeared to be a homeless person living in his van in the parking lot during my stay, he blasted music from his van at about 1:00 am and then one afternoon was blowing off firecrackers in the parking lot. Informed the front desk and was told "oh he's harmless, don't worry about him". Also the heater/air conditioner was not working properly in the room.

The room had everything I’ve ever wanted, including a rolling work table and rolling chair which meant my partner and I could comfortably play cards. Big, bright bathroom with thick towels. Wonderful shower.

Only the irritating positive thoughts messages covering the front door plus stickers, on the soap/shampoo etc dispensers.

The lobby was set up for fun. TV's, games, and pool table. 24 hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Plenty of snacks & drinks to buy. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. The rooms had everything you'd need & the bed was comfortable.

You can hear a little noise from other rooms but it wasn't awful.

Super friendly staff was the best. Coffee available and free breakfast. Very comfortable beds with nice bathroom amenities. Safe location. I brought my small dog as he travels with me and felt the property was pet friendly

I think a receptive outside for dog waste would be good. Only one trash can outside on the patio which isn’t idea for that
