Pool was clean and open the morning staff was wonderful .. breakfast was very good 😊😊😊

The evening staff at check-in both the girls were kind of rude not very helpful seem like they wanted to do as little as possible didn't really share too much valuable information but they did replace the light bulb in the room that wasn't working but as I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my friend they couldn't help but chitchat about guests coming in and out in a judgmental way 😱 if they're going to talk about gas coming and leaving the hotel they should make sure there's none in the lobby that can hear their comments ..

My husband and I arrived very early on Saturday morning because we had driven all night and the staff was very kind to let us check in early to get some shut eye for a few hours before we went apartment searching. Also, all of my interactions with the staff was very friendly and professional. We got breakfast on our last day and I ate eggs and a waffle in which it was delicious! There was a greenway right across the street, which was very fun to check out. We even saw a few deer there too! There was a cockroach stuck to the blinds, but overall the room was very clean and satisfactory.

The walls seemed a bit thin because early in the morning on Saturday, it sounded like someone was blaring their tv, but overall, I didn't have any discrepancies and would stay here again.

We were extremely surprised to find out that we had hot breakfast, and not a grab and go.

Our booking said that we would have a sofa in our room. We were really disappointed when there wasn't. Management said that my room didn't include a sofa. I double checked my reservation and it very clearly said that I should have a sofa. A few issues with dust and leftover trash in our room. Otherwise, no other issues.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, comfortable room and good location

Laundry broken, pool out of use and staff couldn't care less. Asked them and they were completely dismissive. It's very frustrating when you pay extra for somewhere with a pool. I get that these things need maintenance but when thr staff simply.dont care it is pretty frustrating.

The location was great.

The room wasn't clean. Shade was broken and leaning up against the wall and housekeeping came in to roll it back up and hang it up. There was a used rag still in the bathroom. The towel rack and toilet paper rack was broken and kept falling down. The night stand had drink rings on them which I was able to wipe off which apparently had not been cleaned by house keeping. Not the standard I expected from a best western plus.

Our key cards stopped working around 9am for some reason. Luckily we had taken our stuff to the car already. But had left the security lock in the door so we could reenter to double check we got everything. We left to go get breakfast upstairs.We came back 10 minutes later and the door was already shut

The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful. My daughter had surgery and "T" made sure she was very comfortable giving us extra pillows for her comfort. The young man that checked us in was very friendly as well. The breakfast was good except for the sausage patties. The waffles are really good.

The shower when we would turn it on would make this high pitched noise. It would eventually stop but it really hurt our ears. Some of the furnishings could be updated i.e. lamp and chairs but that's minor.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to move about. It was as expected and there is nothing to complain about as far as the room is concerned.

Breakfast wasn't very good. It was a poor quality continental breakfast. The best thing about it was the the waffles you could make yourself. The coffee was also not very good, which important to note since so many are coffee drinkers in the morning.
