Everything was clean and smelled great. I don't know who's cleaning the rooms, but it was spotless. The air conditioning was cold, which is awesome when it's 98 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable, and they have 2 TVs in the room! I slept at least 8 hours and normally I only get about 5-6 hours of sleep nightly. Lots of great shopping in the area. Great walkability, although you'd have to cross the busy Pineville Matthews street. I loved this hotel!

Room wasn't ready when I arrived, so I went across the street to OUTBACK and enjoyed the wings while I waited.

The location was great for us. The room worked out well for the amount of time we were staying.

I paid for an extra day knowing our flight would be arriving early but was told I could lose the room because it was past check in the prior day. Diana was able to help me out tremendously. Also paid for late check out but was told by maid service we had to leave at 11. When I went to the front desk they couldn't verify even though the invoice that was emailed to me gave the check out date with a time of 3:15 pm. So we threw our belongings together and checked out.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in my room had an extremely loud motor. I asked that it be fixed and it was taken care of immediately. I also had to extend my stay and the staff made this very easy. The room was comfortable and met my needs.

The room which was a non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke.

It was a last minute stop, yet it was conveniently located, easy to reserve, clean, and with helpful employees.

I was expecting a blow dryer. I haven't stayed in an extended stay hotel before, so I can understand you might bring your own if you are staying more than a night when you are passing through. The living room furniture was plastic covered and somewhat torn, so rather uncomfortable.

The place was very clean and smelled fresh. I love how it had a pull out bed if I had more than 2 people in it. Bed was nice comfortable for me. One of the neighbor in the hotel had the hallway smelling good with whatever they cooked. The location was good and had food places to eat at.

The water pressure of the shower could’ve been more power and toilet wasn’t flushing rite

My wife is an amputee and we always request handicap accessible rooms but typically they are still pretty difficult to navigate in her wheelchair. This extended stay America was actually truly accessable for her. She could reach everything from her wheelchair and could maneuver around the room easily without us having to move furniture around. The staff was super helpful and very kind as well.

Location is nice . Very convenient

Pool was not open during the hottest part of the summer and we had two boys 15 and 7 that were extremely disappointed. The room wasnt CLEAN !!! at best , it may have been wiped down but not very well . And unfortunately, bugs . Specifically, roaches !!! Outside and in our room .

The property was clean, staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable. Loved the location as it’s next to great restaurants and a neighborhood Walmart.

Our only complaint was the blinds need replacing in the bedroom area.

The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Great place for an extended stay.

I liked how quiet and peaceful it was and how the staff were extremely helpful and caring.

I’m from the country, so the location was not in my favor however the suite was beautiful and cozy.
