I travel a lot, and I can say that the Holiday Inn chain in the US offers excellent value for money. The staff are very polite, the prices are competitive, the rooms are very clean, and the shower and bed are great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is reasonable, but it helps a lot before hitting the road.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and only on the first day was there room service and it was partial (only for the bathroom). This is bad because I had to ask for towels to be changed and for more toilet paper. This needs to be improved because I didn't put a sign on the door to ignore the cleaning service.

The absolute best thing is that the ENTIRE staff was super genuinely friendly! At one point we walked through the lobby and front staff stopped me and said that they found I did have a rewards and made sure I got my points… just because. Nothing else really mattered .. truly.. because over time you can forget other details but you never forget the way someone made you feel!! KUDOS to that entire staff! ( pool was clean… workout room was nice.. room was clean… I like my own bed… food was the same..area felt safe went for a long walk late at night)

Our stay was pleasant and location, friendly-helpful staff and very clean. Cleanliness is so important as it reflects everthing else, pool, rooms and quality of food. Won't eat at a buffet if not a clean environment.

Food could have been fresher and hotter. Items like sausage, eggs and potatoes were probably under warmer too long and some items dried out while potatoes mushy. Easy fix.

I loved the setup of the room and the bathroom was really nice with great lighting. The breakfast was awesome as always.

I go here all the time but for the first time I got a room that was kind of dusty, BUT we went there after a severe storm caused our home to lose power! A lot of people from my town were there for the same reason and they reached capacity. They were having to rent rooms they don't normally rent. Any other time I've gone the room was immaculate.

The pool was great kinda like a lap pool . My kids really enjoyed it. The room was a great size we had two queen/full beds and a pull out sofa perfect for 6 -8 if you have kids I definitely recommend this hotel. Plus so many stores were around for shopping.

Breakfast was horrible ( except the oat meal ) the yogurt I grab was unfortunately expired by a few days but tasted like powder 😭. I wanted to vomit.

Nice hotel. Everything was good. Staff were polite and efficient10/10. Pool was open and running so the kids could play after a long drive. Breakfast was a solid 7/10. Cinnamon buns aren’t as good as they used to be but everyone had something that they liked. Breakfast eating set up could be a bit nicer 6/10. Bathroom door had the absolute worst squeak! Please oil room 426. Please.

I was there for 3 days. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Everything was quiet and clean. Location was ideal - plenty of places to eat, grocery and drug stores, and a Walmart! Everybody needs a Walmart when they travel. I had no complaints!

NOT a major complaint: The comforter on the bed was a little difficult to use. The comforter inside the duvet slid down and was hard to keep in place. An extra blanket or throw to use on the day bed would be nice. At least one brighter light would be helpful.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. My 10 yr old grandson loved it and wanted to stay longer. He ate so much I thought he might pop! I work in the travel industry and stay in different hotels every night while working. I have been in most major cities of the US and abroad. The facilities were fine but it was really the people who work in this hotel that sets it apart. The staff was wonderful. They were beyond friendly and courteous. The woman at the front desk, Kelly, was so helpful when we had a booking snafu. The breakfast staff treated us like family. Everyone with whom we came in contact was wonderful.

Some of the breakfast items were not as warm as they could be but there wasn't anything important that didn't meet or surpass expectations.

Had to book at the last minute due to other plans that didn't work out I like that they had breakfast. You can grab a cup of coffee. Or a muffin on the go. The lady who served breakfast was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk personnel greeted you really nice, great Southern hospitality. Thank you very much for making my stay very comfortable. Shut out to all employees.😊
