The property was in a nice location close to everything. Room service didn’t mind coming as soon as you called.

The guy upfront with the attitude is what I didn’t like. Yes when his attitude not rude he can be sweet and fun to communicate with. When he has a nasty attitude he doesn’t care about the customer. We tried to book another room because more family came to Charlotte the next day to a family member graduation and rooms was available because I look online and he turn a sale down because he wasn’t in the mood and said check in tomorrow after 3pm when he knew we was leaving the next day at 11am. All surrounding hotels was willing to take that sale at 2:30am. It’s crazy to because we don’t live in Charlotte and the rooms smalls so we all couldn’t sleep in one room.

What a great location to Carowinds! We stayed 4 nights and had the best housekeeper that cleaned our room daily! Breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable enough. My only issues were the dirty pocket door to the bathroom and some broken light switch covers. We would definitely stay here again.

Locale was good. Heard no noise from the busy street out front.

The chair in my room has a white, dust type substance on it. Looked as though it had been in storage for a time and had not been cleaned. Room had a scent of mold in it.

Easy check in, room was clean, staff was great, super close to Carowinds, shower was good. Beds were comfy. Plenty of parking

Pillows were horrible, bathroom was tiny, breakfast to me was a joke, TV was horrible, remote was useless, a/c was either broken or set at 61 degrees, nearly froze not good

Kind staff and good quality bedding and towels. Location is a walk away from Carowinds. Great stay.

The room got a bit humid as the shower does not seem to have a vent. Not a big deal tho. Great place.

I left a bag in the room and didn't realize it until I got to the next destination called hotel they told me they had it at the front desk waiting for my return. Thank you

The room was nicer than we expected being so close to an amusement park. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were well maintained. We would stay here again.

One of the outlets next to the bed was worn out and the plug kept falling out. The bathroom door was a pocket door and was a little wonky closing.

The staff and location was great

The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were flat as pancakes and the shower would leak to the floor. We were in a room that the door handle kept jamming and the staff had to open the door overtime we returned to the room.

Everything was fine. I didn't do breakfast. The bed was nice. The room was nice. It was a good price for what I got.

People were in the parking lot having discussions until 2:00 am but in general, it was a relaxing stay.
