Great atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices from waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, fresh fruit. There is a nice sitting area and pool table. We were there for a clogging competition and it was a very convenient location to the venue. It felt like a very safe area.

Walls were a little thin. We were there 2 nights. The 2nd night we could hear people around midnight having a good time talking and laughing with friends. We could not decide if it was outside or the room next door. We were on the 1st floor.

Facilities were new, clean, simple, spacious. Breakfast was good. Hot coffee was always available. Pool table was a nice touch.

2 square pillows and one rectangular pillow on a king bed doesn't work, especially if guests NEED their heads elevated (both my husband and I require this.) We asked for 2 more pillows, but none were available due to the hotel being full. To my way of thinking, we were probably not the only ones needing pillows. Also, the print on the small body wash bottles was too small to read. He read the word SOAP and accidentally washed his body with conditioner. Not everyone has perfect vision, and Even I was confused by the labeling of siap/shampoi/lotion in the bathroom. Bedroom lighting was awfully dim.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, offering excellent service with a friendly attitude. Their professionalism and kindness truly made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was nice, but I didn’t like how water kept getting on the floor during and after the shower. It made the area feel messy and a bit unsafe. A better shower design or improved drainage would make a big difference.

Every member of the staff was so friendly and welcoming! The room was great. It was super clean. I love the cute wording of things on the signs. The location was fantastic.

Our phone started making some weird ringing sound every few minutes around 11-12 — I had to unplug it because didn’t know how to make it stop. (It was a dial tone when I answered). Remote for tv stopped working. In the middle of the night, there was a loud rhythmic clicking sound that last for a few minutes - sounded like hot water in a pipe in a wall. It woke us up. The beds weren’t comfortable for 3 of the 4 of us. We didn’t have any hand soap.

The hotel was in a very nice location, I felt safe. I was very pleased with my receptionist Jada. She was very friendly and gave awesome customer service. She took the time to provide a short brief about breakfast time, check out, and even helped me to make tea. She certainly left a lasting impression, so much that I would book a future reservation at this location. Thank you Jada! 😊

My pillows!! For such a nice hotel, the pillows was unsatisfactory. Better quality fruits for breakfast. There was only two options available and you can see by the appearance of the fruits that they have been there a while.

I loved the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and professional. The spaciousness of the room made for a comfortable stay. The coat hooks were a great idea. All the extra space under the counters for luggage storage instead of drawers people rarely use was genius. Having the wipe board in front of the elevator providing information with things to do, restaurant suggestions etc.

It’s pet friendly. There was a dog staying in the room across from us. He was barking every time we left the room

Breakfast was amazing and the availability of the coffee station and microwave was a plus

Though the hotel was really nice, the decor etc. I was a little disappointed that there were no closets or dresser drawers in the room. We had to make do and live out of our suitcases which was a bit daunting considering we stayed for 7 days. I've never experienced that before and thought it was a bit strange. With that said I would definitely return.

-uncomfortable mattress -pillows too soft -lack of breakfast options -no pool (on grounds) -one microwave for the entire building -one ice/water machine for the entire building -minimalistic room (only one dim light and too bright recess lights)

The property was great! The best part about the whole thing was the young lady at the front desk Jada! Her customer service was exceptional! We booked through booking. Com and some how what we book wasn’t what she was showing on her computer but she was very professional and took care of the situation. As we were checking out she was there to greet us with a smile on her face. Tru you did a great job with hiring Jada for this position. Her smiling face and great attitude is exactly the kind of person you need working the front desk.

The property was great my boys wish they had pool but we have no complaints otherwise

It was beautiful and peaceful, made me feel safe.

The linens were used prior so we used our own. The first employee we approached at 9-10pm tried to argue with the fact that I paid prior on booking.com and tried to charge me the full stay for about 5 mins until she "clicked on the site" and it said I paid in full. The second employee for overnight was the sweetest person ever! The breakfast was alright something you'd expect from a little hotel but I would stay again.
