The apartment was decorated nicely. Washing powder and dishwasher pods were available. The noise level was very low. If I had to rate it, I would give it a 0. Overall, it was a good stay.

We drove 11 hours and were not able to check in until after 5 pm. I found a dirty towel hanging on the fire alarm in the bathroom. The elevator had a urine smell. The hallway to the room was always hot because the air conditioner was set on 84. We also had to buy a small fan due to the AC not cooling the main bedroom and living area.

The location was like a home away from home and looked better in person. They do not provide breakfast; however, we found several great eateries. Must try: Breakfast Brunch (Link & Pin) the flounder, Belgian waffles, shrimp and grits, maple bacon, devil eggs, chicken and waffles, eggs, mimosas to die for. Delicious 10 out of 10 Lunch Optimist Hall must try the Ethiopian, Indian street Food, and coffee shop. Dinner LA Belle Helen Late Night Toppers Pizza is open until 2 am Chicken pizza. Dillworth Grille is open until 2 am Salmon salad, chicken quesadilla, and loaded tots with beer cheese. I must say this was a Wonderful, Peaceful, Tasty, and Joyful Birthday Trip. Thank you. There was not anything that I did not like about the property. The only recommendation I have is that they make the gym accessible 24hrs and put a full body mirror in the room.

Facilities were clean but worn. The kitchen had full size appliances but was not furnished with enough of anything to cook or serve a meal. The washer and dryer were a nice touch.

There were people in the parking lot at all hours, some doing very odd things. Nothing looked illegal in the surface, but it was a bit unnerving and made us take seriously the “don’t leave anything in your car” sign in the lobby. The apartment didn’t have any soap in either restroom or the kitchen. The shampoo was out in on of the bathrooms as well. They provided body wash at the front desk when asked, but didn’t refill anything during the stay. The apartment furniture had visible stains and marks, although the beds were clean. We weren’t cooking, but wouldn’t have been able to if we had been because the kitchen was very minimally stocked with not even enough plates and silverware for the four of

All in all this is a very good place to stay. I'm by myself and felt vert safe. I absolutely LOVE the washer/dryer in the room - they're huge, newer, and get clothes very clean. The room I stayed in could have been cleaned a little better- I brought in my vacume and wet mop and that made the room perfect. The shower was exceptionally clean!! Which was a huge bonus. I would absolutely stay here again - matter of fact, I extended my stay twice while here. All employees super super nice. It was a really nice stay.

Floors (carpets) needes vacuumed and floor needed extra cleaning -- but after that it was perfect.

Everything was great the only issue i had was the front desk ladies were very rude. There was one lady who was great she went above and beyond with helping me.

I didnt like that no one help me to use the printer i couldnt connect to it and the 2 ladys at front desk never walked over

Location was good, didn’t expect a full kitchen which was good.

No breakfast but great coffee. Only downside the ac mysteriously dropped to 65 when I had it set for 72 . So a little chilly

The property is nice. Rooms are very well arranged & set up like a Nice apartment. Locations nice, excluded area.

Only thing that bother me was the Poop from someone’s dog outside on the sidewalk area I almost stepped in it getting my belongings together to walk down the walk way into the building.

I understand the being short staffed but to not have anyone at the desk at anytime I went downstairs to get help was crazy. I’m not sure which bedroom in room 408 was the master but the room without the balcony tv didn’t work my entire stay .

I had planned to stay in a 1 bedroom and booked a 2 bedroom for my family because no 3 bedrooms were available. When I tell you everything worked right on out we were all able to stay together in a 3 bedroom. It was close to everything we even cooked and grilled out. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions that we had. Once staff member can’t remember her name but she was from Canada when I say she went above and beyond to help she did. Thank you I will be returning…

I like the convenience of having my family together and the place was very accommodating. I like the fact we could cook and wash our clothes! I would definitely stay again!

I didn’t like that one of the bathrooms in the rooms didn’t have a door on it. I need privacy when I’m in the bathroom.
