I love the fact this hotel will feed everyone in the morning for breakfast and the evening snack. Plus free alcohol drinks. These amenities for a great hotel price is so wonderful I have suggested it to my company at work for our meetings and they have started booking at the Drury hotels. Also great is the spa abd indoor/outdoor pool. Within walking distance to a restaurant. You couldn't ask for anything more from a hotel.

Nothing. It is all wonderful for me. My company on the other hand thinks the conference rooms are too small. Just a small hiccup. But personally I'm very satisfied.

Super friendly staff, great space in the room, close to where I needed. And breakfast with juice and dinner with cocktails. Does it get any better? Did I mention there was not one staff member who stood out from the crowd. They all were superstars of equal caliber. Wait! I do have to shout out to the two front desk staff; Adel and Jin. They did go above and beyond tying to make sure I could forget the missed step I was forced to follow at a hotel from a different parent corporation which shall remain nameless like should be. Let’s just say I will never say Hy At their Place again. From this day onward, i am a Drury fan for sure. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I didn’t think it could happen given the way my landing in Charlotte occurred but same how it did. Best regards, Larry Palmer

Clean hotel, comfy beds, spacious rooms, nice dining area and good buffet choices. Plenty of parking available. Best hotel chain!

The desk clerk at check-in wasn't very friendly/personable and didn't offer any info on breakfast or check-out times. We'd requested rooms beside each other or with an adjoining door. She couldn't figure that part out and asked "how important" was it that the rooms be close to each other. The request was put in months ago when the rooms were booked and paid for. The elevators weren't very clean--sticky soda spots on the floor and hand prints and food spots all over the doors and mirrors.

This property is nothing short of amazing. The hot tub is very spacious, but during our stay the indoor pool was not heated and was extremely cold. The social hour between 5:30-7:30 is a huge plus, we were given 2 complimentary adult drinks for our stay. They also have a light complimentary dinner during the social hour as well. BREAKFAST was nothing short of amazing. The eggs are fantastic, along with other items on the breakfast buffet and so are the cereal choices. The staff were very attentive & helpful. The manager and owner were amazing as well. My fiancé and I both agreed this will be our go-to stay now! This location is also 5 mins away from “Charlotte Premium Outlets” & about 25 mins from Concord Mills.

The pool area closes at 10 on weekends, we wish it was open at least till 12am on weekends.

We just learned about Drury when booking this trip. When I say for a moderately priced hotel I was EXTREMELY impressed, and can't say enough about our stay during a sold out weekend. The staff were top of the line employees that are clearly excellent at their roles. Every encounter was a pleasure. Drury brings back an on site restaurant 😲❤️, that was very good! But you can't beat the free breakfast and Drurys version of happy hour 5:30-7, that includes a FULL and delicious MEAL😲 fountain drinks, milk, juices AND two alcoholic beverages😲. The hot tub and indoor and outdoor pool and lovely patio were truly enjoyed. The hotel was packed, sold out, but attention to detail and service did not once feel compromised. Rooms were very clean and modern. Well behaved animals are welcome😲. You just don't find quality like this anymore especially at this level. This is our new favorite chain and we will be looking to book them again in the near future!!

The chlorine in the pool was strong🤷...and the water a little foggy. BUT, it was a sold out weekend. Many in and out of the pool. I don't fault them for that.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were working, the satff was very friendly and polite. I really enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby.

WATER PRESSURE!!!! The water pressure was terrible making for an uncomfortable shower and feeling of uncleanliness plus the water could've gotten a little hotter. The hotel smelled a little weird like the carpets were due for a deep cleaning and the minifridge in my room smelled horrible every time I opened and closed it.

check-in and check out were wonderful. Nina (10 star) service. She really went above and beyond in helping. She share vital information with me for continual reservations in the future. Detail information for rewards program. I/we can not thank her enough.

I would like to see more turkey products for the breakfast meats. As word of mouth is best source of advertisement; being Muslim I have been inviting more of our community to use Drury. My wife and I were able to invite other Muslim families and selected this location b/c we have turkey sausage on our first visit in 2018.

Though the lobby is being renovated, it is nice. Also liked happy hour and breakfast. Would Love to have cooked grits instead of instant packs. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

A day prior to checkin, I requested to change my check in date. The request was denied (which was understandable, however when I arrived on the original day of checkin. , it had been cancelled. Staff was diligent in trying to work it out.. Though I went through a pay later service, it had to be cancelled and I had to pay out of pocket.

I like the fact that breakfast, happy hour (dinner, snacks and drinks) were included with the stay. The staff were all polite and eager to help. The location was very close to most of the city's attractions.

I did not like the fact that just anyone could enter the hotel without confirmation that they are guest or guest of guest. There were several guest who suffered vandalism to their property (car windows damaged, cars broken into). Maybe there should be some level of security or protection for your guest.

Seems to be a relatively new hotel. Right off the interstate. Staff very nice, check in was great. Drury has a 5:30 to 7 small buffet and free single drink complementary every night plus a free breakfast. Also free popcorn and soda 24/7. Loved that! Food was very good even though we arrived a bit late considering the start time. Plenty of free parking. Great wifi. Restaurants right next door and across the street. Beds, pillows very comfortable and ac works beautifully!
