Breakfast price was ok the breakfast bacon our family didn't like but overall everything else was really good.alsohaving pets were the best services was great.your dining area was harto to find in the corner. Hard to find

Let people know about speciawhen checking into hotel like meals especially. breakifast.the. prices for pet are to expensive. Ihad a small.dog Yorkie The bowl was too large.glad I brought her other bowls

The area was relatively clean. We got clean towels as soon as we requested it.

When we arrived, we were not told where to find amenities for example gym, pool, restaurant, etc. We saw a Starbucks sign and assumed we could get it but only to find out that they cut off at 11am; if we were properly advised about certain things then the experience would’ve been perfect. So we pretty much had to wing it and asked questions as we go along. It was also hard to get certain things like a cup of water. We had to drive to a gas station to get it.

The check in was very easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I was really happy that I was able to leave my car there for the duration of my weekend trip and it was safe. Also offering a free shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient

While the shuttle was super convenient, matching up the timing was a bit off. Just make sure you are ready and at the pickup spot when you call for the shuttle or you might miss it

Staff was polite. Bar was stylish and drinks as well as hotel restaurant food was good. Location was close to local restaurants, attractions, gas stations, and other needed retail. Area surrounding hotel was quiet.

Indoor and outdoor pools were closed. Gym was small to be such a large hotel. I requested extra blanket but did not receive it. Stayed two days and was not given clean linen.

Overall I loved the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great.love the location.

What I didn't like was when I walked in the hotel there was a smell.but seen work being done on the building not sure if that was the reason. I arrived for early check-in. Was given the worst room on the third floor went to the room and it really smelled bad.went back down stairs to change rooms.My only problem was with the women at the front desk she just wasn't helpful she just seemed to be annoyed at being questioned. When I went to checkout the same person was annoyed again just because I asked for a break down of my bill with the hotel. She's just not a pleasant person. Besides those small issues I enjoyed my stay.

Convenient location, good value.

Freeway noise. Needed extra towels and blanket. With no room service during stay, having extra towels in room would have been helpful. Also extra blanket in closet.

loved how fancy and classy it looks

we had a fire scare! it was very unorganized! they told nobody nothing when we all got outside! i was told don’t use the elevators only to find out the elevators were indeed working! walked up 17 flights of steps after just taking a shower, very inconvenient. staff was clueless

I loved the location of the hotel, everything was within a 10 minute radius. The location was also in a nice area so I wasn’t worried about the well being of my property and safety especially being that Im not from the area. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. My absolute favorite thing about my stay besides how beautiful and comfy the room/bed is, was the view and privacy that I had from my balcony.

Beautiful place

The pool was a major factor in our picking this hotel. The pool was being resurfaced and we couldn’t use it. We booked through Expedia; if there was a disclaimer about the pool on Expedia I didn’t see it. I had also looked up the hotel directly to be able to read the reviews: no disclaimer about current down status of pool.

Everything was good staff rooms beds location attractions etc i recommend. we had the preferred king suit w/balcony and a nice city view all thanks to the clerk putting us on the top floor great view on my birthday weekend 😀 she was so nice and friendly. see for yourself, you won't be disappointed
